The problem is that it seems like he got banned on discord and his SS page is shadowbanned. So right now we have no idea if he is still working on the game.
I played this game a while back and I remember Thier being a path with the younger girls. The ones just turned 18 by default. Is that path gone? And if not how do I start it?

Christmas Eve along with the follow up New Year's Daye and Siren Song by Jonesy are very underrated. Family Faring, Dating My Daughter, The Daddy Plan are some others.

I'd add AITA, Fake Father Second (iirc Lily doesn't get Action in part1) , Forseeable Family, Limitless (The Twins and Mia aren't family, but might as well be), Lost and Bound, Moving Out Day, Obscure Affairs - A new dawn, Personal Assitant and almost all of the Blackheart games, Sara and it's Prequel Oh Daddy, Sinful City - Fighting for Love, Sisterly Lust (the lil sis), Sparkling Duplicity, Taking Advantage, The Sunset Fairies, and the one with the strange teddy bear where I can't recall the name (help me out guys).
Some are not full on loli, but toeing the line, like Babysitter, The higher society, The Home of pleasure, Thirty days, The Assitant, My daughters new lover, Radiant, sixteen years later and Uncontrollable Lust.
Fair warning: Many of them are abandoned or very rarely updated.
