No, it was definitely in game, It was removed as Ricoh said it didn't fit well for where they were going with the story or something to that effect.

Unfortunately no. He and also his site admin disappeared on their Discord about one month ago - same time as the "Ketzal accident" happened. Fear it's abandoned.

Damn. Didn't know that people were complaining about it. I didn't mind it. Though it was kinda cool. Made it feel like the characters were still making choices outside of the player's control.

Discord nuked his server and put everyone who were members of the server got restricted. He then lose his SS and other ways to make any money to continue.

Just nuked. He's back on SS (everything wiped) and carefully re-building his stuff.
Also, it's more of a "collective shout issue".. They just singled a few creators out, and Ketzal got a large portion of it.
