Don't have a screenshot or save file for this but had a bug happen to me the other day involving Hot Tag.
Used a Forsaken with Orgy in addition to the Demon Commander via Hot Tag. I started an orgy with said Forsaken, wanted to switch to my Demon Commander when only 1 turn of the Orgy remained so I can capture a flying Chosen the next turn and that locked up the game.
Thanks for the bug report. I had thought that I'd accounted for all the cases where the game could get confused about whether you had a deployed Forsaken or not due to the Hot Tag, but it looks like I missed this one. It's been fixed in R65.
Any word on using EE to modify forsaken? With all the new chosen, a few extra percent of damage is going to be useful.
It isn't planned for this to be a regular gameplay feature, since I don't want to require players to grind for EE after the loop is already effectively won. But something like it might be implemented along with the next set of cheat options.
Yo, just for the developer to know, there is this strange bug that came my way in the new version where after making up a basic-ass commander and then going to battle by hitting [confirm] instead of the battle actually starting the game just kept rolling over and over on the command [confirm] and never started the battle. Clicking [cancel] just returns me back to before the battle but trying battle again just makes the bug repeat itself.

There's not enough info here for me to figure out what's causing the game to lock up. If you send me your save, I can take a look.
So I've just beaten loop 7 and beaten Reign, I can't see any unique traits for her so is she just treated as a base forsaken?
I know there are the vulnerability break bonuses and the distortion bonus but I'm talking about the bonuses useful in battle given to superiors and above?
Currently, Reign's Chosen form is fully implemented, but her Forsaken form isn't, because properly obtaining Reign as one of the Forsaken is going to be tied to the campaign route system. In the complete version, getting her to 0% Resolve without meeting the right conditions will just cause her to run away (though it might give some other benefit to acknowledge the difficulty of corrupting her to that point).
I just had a thought about a mechanic that could help this game for those of us (me) who suck at it.
New Game+, where each time you lose (or complete the entire story?) you get cumulative skill points that can be used to provide permanent buffs to make future attempts easier.
I would say games like Vampire Survivors and Rogue Legacy 2 are pretty good examples of what I am talking about, because it also allows defeat to not feel like a true game over, more like a menacing, "see you later."
I'm avoiding doing this because I don't want to ever implement any content that actually requires grinding for skill points or whatever. And if players are all on even footing, then there's no need to worry about one player sharing a strategy that requires grinding a bunch first, and new players finding that the strategy doesn't work for them. That said, the game will eventually have more difficulty options, and the present "default" difficulty won't be the lowest one.
haven't honestly played much since there hasn't been much new content I can access, but how do you get those "Seductive" and "Humiliating" Approaches for humanoid Punishers touted back in 62? the only punisher option that leaves the commander vaguely humanoid seems to be impregnation, but I tried sending him out against chosen multiple times but I'm not seeing an option anywhere at all here
I saw in the Discord that you got the answer for this, but I figure it'd be good to put an answer here for anyone later who comes along:
The "humanoid Demon Commander" option is a separate flavor option which becomes visible after you've used the "Approach" option to meet with one of the Chosen from the Info menu. It allows you to take one of the bodies you've used to meet with the Chosen and send it into battle against them.
