Ren'Py - Completed - Corruption [Final] [Mr.C]

Games with this premise are usually my cup of tea, yet this one just... isn't. It had to take effort to distort stock Honey Select assets to look this silly. The writing is bad even beyond the stilted translation. Corruption pacing is wonky, tutorialization is nonexistant, grind is annoying, progression for each girl is samey. At least it wasn't completely linear, but it's hard to be such when your plot is going nowhere.

I admit to cheating the potion quantity. The grind was just not doing it for me. Ren'py dev console ftw.

There were plenty of scenes that were outside my normal kink set, several edged on gross, and a couple "bwuh?". About 4 or 5 sex scenes in, there was a situation that would have had a very high chance of somebody getting an STI, and once I noticed it I couldn't unsee that from many of the other scenes in the game. Seriously, hentai logic can only insulate so much. Additionally: the most major symptom of moral degradation in this universe is all sense of fashion flying out the window. You know she's ready when her choice of eyeshadow clashes with the rest of existence and her outfit looks like a Squaresoft artist had a seizure midway through an LSD overdose.

There's effort put in here, and a good amount of content if it's to your liking. Didn't pass muster for me.

Pros: variety and number of women. Variety of clothes and places. Graphics is not perfect, but okay.

Cons - translation, grinding, simplicity (earn money, buy pots, give to women) , HUGE BOOOBS, HUGE HANDS, zero choice (just grind).

There is a event in the bar which you just cannot fail. You just have to grind enough until it happens.

A lot of work was put into this game and it will be a pitty if it becomes the next grinder.

My kind of corruption game. Was tempted to give this a 4/5 because of the lack of quality in the backgrounds and such but that would just reduce the content released each month and this game has an amazing time with it's kinks. Hope this can get remade in a better engine in the future.

While the English isn't good, and the developer recognises this; C has crafted a very fun set of scenarios to play though paired with decent art from HoneySelect. I'm good with the kinks as well. I'm eager to see where it all goes.

Plot: Fairly simple, grind money, buy corruption potions, feed corruption potions to female, enjoy lewd female(s). A few times one has to do something different, but it's either something so simple it's obvious, or something you just stumble upon.

Graphics: Slightly better quality than standard honey select stuff.

Model design: Breast sizes with very few excaptions range from large to ridiculously humongous. The lot is in the range of unrealisticly large for the bodies they are on, such as would give a real human enough cronic backpain to turn anyone into a shrew. A few is such that the models could not hold the posture they do unless someone had driven a nine-inch nail through their feet to keep them from falling over forward.

Size: Decent amount of localities, a bit of variation in encounters. Many females to employ your chemical mind-control on.

Characterization: Ridiculous, but what can one expect from a game whos main premise is drugging females into insane sluts? Most start out fairly simple charicatures,, and are turned into seriously one-dimensional raving submissive sluts.

Language: Perfectly understandable, but if english is your first language, you will probably cringe now and then.

Why did I give a 3? I'm a sucker for having to go to some effort to get my porn. Even if in my personal opinion, it's bad porn that isn't very appealing, I still want to see what more I can get, what happens next. If you have the hots for boobies larger than footballs, and don't mind the head above thoose boobs being devoid of personality, this is the game for you and then I can wholeheartedly recommend it. For anyone else? No way.

The game does not have imo great sex scenes, but the story is decent and the characters are not that bad!
This rating may change if i play the completed game when it is finished.

One of the best games around but have some flaws...


Pros:
- Very interactive gameplay

- The text and conversations are spot on (Not very short and not very long)

- The variety of sex fetishes will keep us entertained for a long time

- A lot of womens


Cons:
- Bizarre hair colors and kinky outfits in public is a immersion breaker. (Especially in nuns, nurses, etc)

- Some moms look the same age as their daughters

I like the originality of the game, I always look forward to the updates, I like the freedom of choice , I Like the little Easter eggs like the store clerk, bar tender, the milfs in the neighborhood, the new school content was really fun to play, took me a while to know where the assembly was Spoiler (in the gym). The nun and the cafe are my favorites content.

Great game.

Even though it's a grinding game, progression happens pretty quick. Models look pretty great despite the fact that I'm not always a fan of the art style. All the characters are fun to interact with. I'm always looking forward to a new update.

A progressive experience. It isn't about going full throttle but enjoying your corruption skills and progress; like turning the page to a book--the story matters. Models are amazing! The English isn't so important. The dev really tries and seems to know what he's doing.

Nice game, with lots of event. and the cg is step by step depend on your corruption level, just want to add 1 input, please have cg/galleries to animate every action we have achieved, it is also as reminder which one we haven't achieved yet

Sadly lattely this game has gone downhill, i feel like dev should finisht this game soon and start new one .

You get to corrupt girls (suprise since its the name of the game ). There are many girls to corrupt and delevoper keeps adding new ones to play with.

My only compaint for this would be that current girls coud be delevop further before adding new one.

I would recomend this game for anyone who plays h-games.

I like this game because it has freedom in relationship and most of all once you are through with someone level bar you can spend time as many time as you want. No restrictions. Most of the games offer 4-6 partners to have acquaintance with but in this game you have 14 and still counting. Open public seans are also very enjoyable. This game keeps a good plot and justify it as well. Bravo!

One of the best corruptions out there. Really enjoying the different characters and their transformation. Maybe an upper level for the corruption could be implemented; otherwise you just use additional potions for characters already on the max level of corruption. Please add additional scenes, this would be great! I'd be more interested in corruption the existing characters (especially mom and sis) more instead of having additional characters. The following review is based off my personal experience with playing this Game/Visual Novel... I try to be as brutally honest and detailed as I can, and these are my own opinions and thoughts, from one or more play throughs...

(02/02/2018 - Original Review - v0.80)

I played this once before back in Nov 2017, and it hasn't changed a whole bunch... It is still pretty much a porn fest with a mystical corruption game play... And of course it includes a whole bunch of that same old over used Family Sex stuff...

The visuals look like they were made in Honey Select, which means they are all Hentai based characters... A majority of the women characters have large to over sized breasts, with only a few looking slightly impossible... Only a couple natural looking proportioned women... There are no animations like you see in other Honey Select sourced games... Instead they used a series of stills to represent sex acts in play... The backdrops look mostly unique... And again the whole wink, peace sign, stick tongue out crap that I find annoying with Hentai...

The script only has a very tiny bit of broken English which may just be a proofreading goof... I don't remember running into any spelling/grammar errors... The plot revolves around a male protagonist living with his mother and sister... He is recruited by a dark mystical entity to corrupt society by use of single person potions, and group gas-potions... Later in the game he can also join the mystical entities corrupt social club (after it's intro it will just show as under construction)... There are lots and lots of other characters to meet, from additional family, to a cop, to a nun, and the list just goes on...

The game play works by the protagonist working for money to buy stuff, including the potions... Then convinces women to drink the potions and thereby corrupting them... The more corrupt they become, the more sex scenes open up with those characters... Other things the protagonist can do is go on dates with them and invite them over to his house, once they are corrupt enough... The game play is broken down into 4 time blocks per day, with only certain events available at certain times/days, depending on the place and corruption levels...

The theme for this corruption game is a bit darker then most corruption type games I've played... You can tell that by the entity herself, the look and feel of her special club, as well as the fact that you can corrupt the nun, thereby corrupting her congregation (mostly just nudity with them)... So just be forewarned...

Overall, there really is not a whole lot of story or plot to this game, besides lots of corruption and sex... There are no special stories with each character or groups of characters... The only real story occurs during the introduction lead in, and the dialogue with the entity and her minion... This is pretty much just a porn fest grind game... It's not done being developed, so there will be more content to come... Will I revisit this one? Not real sure, maybe once it's finally complete, just to check out any new content and to see if it has some sort of ending scenes... It just depends on my mood when that time comes... I'm not going to put any priority into it...

(04/22/2018 - Review Update - v0.9)

Most of the updated content since the last time I played involves just more various porn fest scenes, none of which have any animations... Many of them involve various fetishes that were not included too much before...

The only content that I had any issue with, in regards to the erotic/sexual content, was the Park content with the Women and their Children... Maybe I missed it before, or it was new, I don't know... But even though the children are presented visually as though they are somewhat past puberty... Why would older teenagers be referred to as Children, why are they playing in a park with their moms looking after them, and why would they want to play hide and seek if they were not actually being portrayed as actual Children... That would put that content knee deep into the Child Pornography arena... Especially with the erotic content occurring in front of them, and they even partake in it when tricked into trying to breast feed from their mothers... I thought there were some minor issues in prior play throughs, but the Mothers and Children content in the park is going way too far... Regardless if they visuals are trying to portray them as older... It's a shameful attempt to circumvent the law and the rules, when the text and the characters mannerisms, portray them as actual under aged children...

As all the new content is basically just sexual/erotic in nature, there isn't much else to mention for this revisit... I do know, that unless they remove the Children content, in the Park, or completely revamp it somehow, I will be staying far away from this game going forward...

I'll give 4 stars, mostly because of the artwork and because the girl to girl scenes are really hot, but the games does have it's downsides.

The most important thing to know when you start: Use the cheats only to get money and potions. If you set corruption high you lose all the scenes, that happen before.

The artwork is among the best with really sexy women, especially the milfs. All the women, even the young girls have relatively large boobs. Which is great for me, as I love big boobs, but if you prefer the "petite" version, you might not enjoy it that much. As far as the aesthetics go, only the make-up at highter levels of corruption is somewhat weird and in some cases unvolutarily funny rather sexy.

As far as the scenes go, many are really really hot, like the scene with sister spanking mom or the family dinner. Most of the scenes have a kind of 1st person perspective, quite pleasing for my taste. You don't see much of the protagonist and the little you see of him belongs to a grown man, no sick shota shit like in many mom-son games. The only scene so far I personally disliked was the working in the cafe scene, involving the other men.

I can't really say much about the grind for money and potions, as I cheated my way out of that.

The biggest downside however is the almost complete lack of a story. You feed potions to women that make them horny and submissive. That's basically it. Neither the protagonist nor his lovers/victims have much of a personality. The are basically the most common porn archetypes, so much as they seem like mannequins with costumes from the adult store.

ok I was SO pessimistic when I downloaded the game, I was SO cynical in the first few minutes of playing it....

But this game won me over, I know that for sure, because I got totally and absolutely hooked on it, spending hours and hours on my first playthrough.

The renders really look like they've been taken from one of those Illusion games from a few years back but they aren't bad.

They aren't particularly original either, if you look a little closely, it's easy to notice that many of the models are identical, just with different colour hair, or height, or size tits or whatever.

Anyway, yeah, that's not impressive, but nevertheless, I loved the concept, I liked the idea and really enjoyed all those hours I spent, and really got frustrated when I kept getting this message "content for this ends here for this version" (or something like that).

Anyway, enough wall of text, it's a smooth game, it's catchy, I didn't see a single bug and I had fun. What more do you want? Oh, fapping quality? That's not for me to judge seeing as you know, what "excites" some people isn't what "excites" others.

Most defintely not a gem or a 5 star game to be remembered, but it was fun and smooth.

If I were to give Corruption an award it would be for "f95Zone's Most Unexpectedly Good Game". My initial impression of this game was not very positive. The screenshots look like Honey Select on medium settings, the English dialogue is horrendous, and the premise appeared to be more of the same wearisome grinding we've seen and loathed time & time again. Imagine my surprise after realising it's been 5 straight hours sitting in front of my computer screen playing Corruption.
Corruption, as the name suggests, is for players who are very much into the mind control, seduction, enslavement, and otherwise corruption genre of porn. You play as a man who finds himself the ability to lure women he comes across through the use of potions.
Said potions are where the grinding aspect of the game appears. They require money to be purchased and while in other games this often leads to monotony, Corruption has an incentive to keep you going. For each stage of corruption, the women change. The progression of their corruption is very detailed from their attitude, the way they dress, willingness to do dirtier actions, and even change how they do other actions you've already performed with them such as going from a simple kiss to a full make out session. In my opinion this is the perfect way to approach what would otherwise be a boring and tedious chore.
The dialogue. My god, the dialogue. This alone is what prevents me from ever considering giving this game a 5-star rating. Corruption features broken English ruining what would've been some really sexy moments. Being a native English speaker it's possible to somewhat dissect what the women are saying, but for those who are not then this will be quite a struggle to understand.
Corruption does not feature much of a story, and that's fine since it's clear that it is not the developer's intention to do so. It's purely a porn game where you corrupt voluptuous women and have your way at them.
This is a fantastic game for players with the corruption fetish and enjoy the progression of it. Just be aware that the text is not going to help enhance the lewd.
