Ok, so...
Working on the walkthrough (should be finished before next Monday), I understood why there's people who are stuck with the hospital.
The issue with the "ask about her mother" option is fixed, but there's a secondary event (in the ward) that give you the possibility to use a gas potion. If you've already maxed the corruption of the nurses when you do it, their corruption will be raised one unit too many, and you'll never have to option to enslave them.
For information, the fix is to open the console and restore the value of

Enslave the church, the police station, the hospital, the school, and the rock band. And obviously have them give a speech for your campaign.

Hi and sorry someone could clearly describe how to unblock Mia, porn videos etc regarding the latest patch. I can't unlock it and I don't understand how I can meet Mia. I pretty much did everything except Mia and the various porn videos and photoshoot. Thank you

That is usually fixed with the Lib and Renpy folders being copied and pasted. Try the files at these links -
