With the exception of the exhibitionism, what you mentioned is generally expressed through text. You could UnRen the game and remove any reference to sex with other men. With the release of the final version I intend to do just that. As for the exhibitionism, a slight rewrite would make it clear they are doing it for your pleasure and other men are only getting cock teased.
