short answer, no. but its not all that in your face.
MC is so beyond caring about ownership of idivisuals. He is corrupting an entire TOWN. Most of the sharing is off screen and just talked about or inferred. But you hae to understand MC's mindset... he's moved way past jealousy.

It has an ending, so it's finished (it was rushed, but that doesn't mean it's not finished).
The dev just forgot to remove that warning.

The same developper is making another similar game, but so far it doesn't have much "late" corruptions and developpement is taking VERY long.
Supower is also very similar in essence and currently already has some more advanced body modification. It tends to be a little on the heavier side concerning tattoos though, so that might be a plus or an issue for you.
Sovereign is very promising, especially given the large array of characters to be corrupted and how good they look even at base, but is sadly very slowly updated and only features one (maybe two now?) character who has a late corruption available. Also unsure how much body modification there is/will be in that one.
Project Realism is also (you guessed it) very promising but progressing slowly. Though, it is by tremendously far the most polished corruption game there is out there even this early in development. Will supposedly get a new update in the next month or so. Sadly, the majority of the content currently available concerning body modification is put into the "extreme" proportions fetish, so for example while there is breast expansion to let's say "as big as their head" kind of size that fits with most corruption games' final "outcome", but the developper usually put at least a few sizes beyond that in those scenes as to reach "as big as their entire body" kind of size. It's all optional content so you don't have to see it, but "regular" body modification isn't as prevalent currently for now.
Deviant discoveries is a sadly abandoned game from a few years ago, but there's more than enough content already there to mention it. A must-try if looking for those kind of games to be honest.
My new neighbors fits the bill and has a ton of accumulated content, with a ton of characters, so it deserves to be mentionned... but the corruptions are pretty weak. Outside of a few specific characters who have different paths like gothification, bimbofication or the like, most transformations are limited to just getting big tits and that's it. Imo, there's also way too much text for the also average quality of the corruptions themselves, so better played while holding skip ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Rise of corruption updates regularly and features about half a dozen fully corrupted characters currently, with much more coming eventually since every update adds a corruption "stage" to a few characters until they hit their full transformation. Decent, but far more linear than I'd like from a non-VN game and the corrupted forms are a bit mild and samey to me, but the dev answered to my comment concerning this that they are aware and looking into new ways to improve the future ones (the more recent ones are also a bit better imo).
Following titles are visual novels, so typically far more linear games;
Trophies has a very unique (and imo pleasing) art style and will feature a very nice array of characters. Currently only has one corrupted character, but it goes all the way and is very good. Each new character will also supposedly add new features to add to the harem, like piercings, tattoos, pregnancy and the like.
All games by Tjord are some of the best corruption + body modif. games out there. Personally recommend playing at least the first three "TheFall" titles, Isis, Valdana and Valkyrie (in that order). If you aren't allergic to AI art, the latest title "Lamashtu" is also very good. Tjord releases about 2 new games and/or expansions per year, so it's definitely worth imo to go look every few months if they cooked something new.
Bloodlines is pretty nice and features a ton of characters, including quite a few with complete transformations, but even though each transformations are unique, they all follow the same "theme". If you don't like the vampirization, featuring goth looks, makeup and tattoos as seen in the screenshots, chances are you won't like the transformations. If you do, they are all great.
The sin within has a decent amount of content, but the "main game" doesn't have much corruption beyond moral and personality changes currently. It'll get further with time apparently, but even then the game features "bonus" and side scenes featuring some pretty hefty body modification, with a few gyaru-fications iirc. Worth checking out for those, and keeping an eye on for the slow, yet meaty updates.
This is already a long comment and I don't remember other ones from the top of my head, but others can share other titles if they know some others. I'll still mention that there's a few recommendations thread around here that share semi-regularly games that stick to this genre, like the bimbo thread.
