Curved toes? Gotta say I can't think of any instance of such a thing on any Kitsune I've ever seen, its always either normal human feet, human feet but paw pads and fur, or digitigrade/animalistic feet(edit: should add that this extends to other monster or animal girls I've seen, of course fitted to whatever they are)
There are a lot of different takes on Kitsune in the wide world.
There are even subtypes that have atypical ears and such.
Its kinda like Succubi, people can pretty much do whatever they want.

IIRC it will happen never, they said they hated TFs that went beyond cosmetic and actually gave you some edge (like the Centaur or Lamia transformations in the original CoC) and vowed to never make anything that went beyond just appearance (which is the reason why Wings don't let you fly in combat/fly through the map)
