I started the game, created a character, begin playing, and for some reason my character's portrait is Rommel. I just started with it, didn't upload it myself. why is it Rommel.

It happens to everyone. Looks like someone desperately tried to be funny but Rommel isn't the best thing to trigger the memes.

1) Is there CGs for scenes or just character sprites?
2) Is it like the first game with forced gay sex when you lose battles and like random transformation from events?

I don't know about you but I snorted pretty hard while reading his post.
The novelty wore off quite fast though, it's pretty vulgar.
CoC 2 is nothink like CoC. overall it's a waste of time. feels just like TITS. of the little contend that i found in CoC 2 around 90% are gay contend or dickgirls that want to rape you. examble in the tutorial when you meet the omnibus you have the option Refuse her , Suck her off , Better offer. Refuse her ends the scene, Better offer gives you the option Offer Ass and Fuck Her but even when you fuck her you have to watchout not to get a facial. still not sure if its a waste of time if your not into gay contend or dickgirls? in the random fights in the 2 dungeons 2/3 3/4 of the enemys that appear are guys and or dickgirls or a fake girl with a hidden dick. i proverbially didn't find more than 2 girls that didn't want to rape my ass. If thats the future CoC 2 will go it's really not worth playing if you didn't enjoy TITS

I already have to ignore 80% of TITS content while back in CoC it was around 50%. I guess 90% for CoC 2 is realistic but i already said what i think about the TITS staff and the few "heroes" who are now around in CoC 2.

I just find it fascinating that a game called "TITS" is so focused on gay content.
But well, it's not the first Patreon creator that gets his content pushed in an awkward direction by a bunch of high rollers. That's just how these things work. Some creators have the guts to miss out on some dollars and push against it, some don't.

I was going to say that both CoC2 and Tits have that player-submitted content problem from day 1, but I don't actually know if that's true.
At least with CoC, at day 1 it was just Fenoxo (far as I know). Remember back when it was just Jojo and annoying ass sand witches?
Furries are interesting people. I guess the community's small enough for amateur celebrity characters to exist, so you'll occasionally see ANOTHER image with that one WoW wolf character going down on a horse, and you just kind of throw it on the pile with all the others. I don't even mean the characters from actual AAA or indie games who happen to count as furry; these are just J. Random Furry's character. Maybe it's due to commissions, I dunno.

Inno's doing her best, at least the content is good, and she can really write lore if that story dump is anything to go by. She might not make it as often (or on time), but you also don't have to fight with her over content.
I really loved COC1 it was really good IMO, this is okay but probably won't play any further update because of how Fen runs his business. Flashback to 2013 when he said the development of Tits would take 4 months and he got 130,000 on Offbeatr for it. I guess I can't blame him for milking his supporters of as much money as he can for all those years though.
