This was my biggest gripe. and the few non-futas that were in the game got left in the dust and never got fully fleshed out. I waited forever for Embry to become a recruitable member, which was teased now-and-again, or a continuation of my favorite character, Bess, (I'm a robophile) but no, The crew was too busy creating throwaway scenes for the new dickgirl of the month. The worst thing is that it grinded progress of the actual story to a halt.

You seem to not know the history behind what we are talking about. These were marketed as furry games that included a bunch of fetishes. What we are complaining about isn't Futa, it's how Futa completely dominated the content. If it was marketed as a Futa game with furry elements, i'd be fine with it. But it wasn't marketed as that, so a lot of people, me included, got bait-and-switched and ignored. Oh boy, we were absolutely ignored.
All the games have a problem of being bloated and disconnected. There are so many side characters and commissions in the game that are self contained to their own scene with no connection to anything in the world itself. You also have to accept that the creators' pet characters will receive the most attention. If you play these types of games you have to accept that the story will never be clearly focused and that most things in the game will not flow together.
Definitely, that was my gripe with TiTS and something I felt CoC handled better. A good portion of content from CoC was a matter of changing a character to your own liking, which is better than how TiTS handled it IMO.
Right, For example: Shade current questilne has been frozen for what? 7/8+ months, and it ended on such a cliffhanger. soon after it was frozen we were told it was going to continue after the planet was more fleshed-out. As far as I know, it still hasn't been continued even after more content was added to the planet.
Thing that annoyed me the most (i'm pretty vanilla on the futa/furry spectra, but in text/customize-your-char content, i don't go as far out of my way to avoid it as I do with visual porn. whatever.) was the whole "oh you ate a <thing>? YOU ARE NOW SUPER DUPER <thing>Y AND NO THERE ISN'T AN OBVIOUS UN<thing> YOURSELF BUTTON GFL GETTING BACK TO HOW YOU WANTED IT LOL" experience.
CoC has an artpack. It is kind of official-unofficial one, I think most of it was made by the community and some just taken from the net/other games. But it has something like 600+ images.
As I don't remember where exactly I got mine I googled it. Seems like the one I have is the original pack made for it (still fan made) and since then others continued the work and now it has 2k+ images.
And it's even simple to ''install''. Sweet! Maybe I can finally enjoy this game now.
