Now that you mention it, she probably would be better off as an NPC. As nice as it would be to have her around all the time, and all that would entail (camp scenes, etc.) I think if the general idea around her is kept, she would function just as well as a really detailed and content dense NPC.
I don't hate Savin but some of the shit he does makes it hard no to.

I'll go with the easy answer and assume that Savin thought it was fine. But the threat is real, I ain't gonna lie. SweGabe's Patreon is up whereas Ravager account faced significant penalties. All it takes is a bunch of cunts that have a grudge against you.
Yeah exactly how I feel, it's just a dumb risky thing to add for no real benefit. Game would honestly be better without it even. Though to be fair ravager is still around, they're not exactly struggling seeing as they just brought new people on lol
Ya TLS not having annoying random encounters and respawning stuff helps an insane amount, though I think boss design is comparable. Coc2 bosses are so boring in comparison, as are companions. TLS differences between companions is super intuitive and it's usually pretty obvious who you might want to bring to a fight (lust on the things that literally do not feel lust at all is a bad call, for example).
Somewhat hilarious that the same guy who greenlit the weeabo village, the grooming temple, the straight rape scene, that word diarrhea with mama wolf, and so and so forth would forbid anything.
Talking about good combat in an RPGM, Blacksouls (II) is top notch once you get the hang of it. At least in my book.
Savin is an ass, and I think these companion deadlines are dumb but William sounds like he had all the time in the world to make this happen.
That's... that's not what that says. He said her "pre-companion stuff" is finished. That's not the entire character, that likely only involves her introduction and recruitment. By his own admission here the actual companion scenes were not done.
That is, again, not at all what that said. He literally just posted that Savin was done reviewing her and that it was now up to him to finish the project. Nowhere in those posts does it say she was rejected and had to be re-written, where are you even getting that from?
He literally says that he wrote hundreds of pages worth of content for Einin if all of that was pre companion then Einin is the biggest project that has ever been written in the game. FFS some companies don't even have a hundred pages worth of content.
Probably. We don't know what those "hundreds of pages" entailed, or if he was even exaggerating. We wont know until William pipes up again and says what went wrong.
I mean, no? Any number of things could've happened to set back his progress on Einen. Maybe he wasn't satisfied with his work and wanted to make changes himself, maybe scope creep happened, maybe he lost progress somehow and had to re-write parts of the document.
If it was any of those things William would have said something about it he isn't shy about taking responsibility when it's his own failing.
Even if I do that do you really believe he's going to speak against Savin because if he dose he will just become Hugs 2.0.
