Kinu growing up wouldn't have been a problem, if we weren't suddenly treated to being a silent partner in their development, being forced to watch them make terrible choices with no input, and being scolded for being an absent parent when we had no control of that matter. As someone who backed through the period that she was just "Cute daughter you raise" to "She is now legally fapable adult", the outrage of her character has always been the fact the player is demonised for being absent against their will, never that her growing up was a bad idea.
It then also does not help that we have TOBS' leaked fap fiction which shows we were never meant to have a chance of being a good parent, and that Kiyoko was not your average underdeveloped waifu, but was in fact a child abuser that we have no chance of confronting. In fact, part of his fap fiction was us being completely absent in her life.
All of the Kitsune content is scuffed, there is no redeeming it, and very tellingly, it has no impact on the game's actual plotline in the least. Almost as if, contrary to the writer's brief for the game, they are an auteur's bubble project, and have nothing to do with the game as a whole...
Anyway, I saw Kinu content raised yet again, and couldn't restrain myself. What I actually came to post about was the influx of terrible centaur content the game has been inundated with, and contrasting that to my recent whim of playing the modded versions of CoC again.
Every time a fringe fetish in the first game, baseline no mods, was introduced, you are given an explicit warning and a get out button. Just playing HGG mod, ran into the Loppe scenes in Tel'adre, and she is so upfront with just having a dick, and there is a "No thank you" button immediately after wards. Where did this level of curtesy, and human understanding go?
Oh, that's right, Savin never had it to begin with.
