I think it can be answered simply. Futa isn't about cock lust. It's about superimposing male sexuality onto the female form. It's arousing for males because it allows them to understand and relate to the pleasure of the futa. Wow really great breakdown, if anything I'd say simply by observing this is that the "Dev team" needs a bonified leader and not a boss (there is a difference) and that a solid direction was not had when making these games or else they wouldn't meander for years on end.
