i kind if wish they would add more pc pregnancy content.
If it's going to be at low effort as the last one it's better if they don't bother at all.

This game doesn't work like that. The closest thing would be a save with most of the story content done while interacting with as few other characters as possible, but I doubt anyone has one and even if they did it wouldn't help you much.
The save file this guy can be provided with the current content is 15%. 85% is for future content: 80% for bug fixes and 5% for actual substance.

I've already played Degrees of Lewdity and found it fun to play even though its "player is always a helpless victim" theme gets annoying after a while.
