We've been stuck in an uncompleted KM for what feels like a year now with only 1 extremely short quest and dungeon added for it, I don't really give a shit about side content anymore. This recent update emphasizes that to me even more. Brienne family stuff is nice and all but I'd rather it just come later if we can actually fucking make progress on the story.

What makes you think this scene "don't fit with the game"?

Regardless of power fantasy, slaughtering children does not belong in a smut game with the same characters as Cait and Solvieg. Nor does it even belong in TOBS' other content when he writes a scene as asinine as petting kitsune tail and going on about how floofy and soft it is.
