Honestly I don't think people who pick that they aren't into guys etc would mind at all if that content was locked.

A good work around could be that each enemy team consists of each gender and you only ever see the scene corresponding to your character's chosen sexuality. This is probably too much work so skipping the loss scene in a way you suggested wouldn't be an actual problem.

No, there were major plans to turn him into a female minotaur like Brienne and basically turn him into a sex slave, but I think the writer Bubble lord quit that project, there was art and drafts made but it went nowhere.

Most of them were sex changing TF items, one was removing a curse from the guard in the first town. I don't think that if any violent removals existed that they would contributed to the achievement.

The whole achievement system was mod added I believe. I think it was added with the game+ mode.

Kinu was a direct result of Savin still seething at people who wanted him to finish writing Helspawn, and TOBS being TOBS.
Spite was always a big driving factor behind CoC2 development.
We could only guess what other characters or whole quests were made purely to spite people.
