frankly the only reason why we even talk about CoCII is because the first game was sorta influential and this game showed promise at the start (back when the corrupted centaur village and the corrupt hive were added)

i honestly believe they had a plan at the start (one which i and other people liked) and by incompetence or laziness they failed to deliver and slowly replaced by what they wanted to write, which some people like and others dont

for example, my problem with this game is that Corruption means nothing for the gameplay, is inconsistent between writers and generaly feels flat, obviously they didnt intend on that but we ENDED UP with this because nobody was interested on Corruption enough to flash it out, and while i still HOPE they keep adding to it and possibly overhaul it (i am here on this forum after all) buy at the current state and rate i THINK its more likely they will keep it as it is.

i HOPE it gets better but with the track record of meh updates
i KNOW it will stay the same if nothing changes

For herm/futa i find most of it sub-par content that is just and overly blatant excuse for a character to be a vehicle for their preferred fetish. And yes this is a porn game and a character can be a decent character for a porn game and be a vehicle for their preferred fetish, those aren't mutually exclusive.

Perfect example that is still newish is Kalysea that new centaur dom
a herm/futa that doesn't use their pussy in anyway and forces eating ass, anal where there is so much cum makes your pc throw it up [why isn't this optional?], and sucking on their balls [i think this one is optional one instead, wtf?].

Kalysea has a over sized dick that the player that has a ring that the player spent items on to make and a pussy, instead they make the PC jump to eating horse ass. Eating pussy or sucking dick not even an option. PC doesn't even fingerbang them of give them a reach around in the ball [i think] or eating ass.
And somehow Kalysea has no random dick sucking scenes while walking around or has and scenes for players with a pussy. And on top of that they have scenes with them fucking other characters pussies.

This is why this game is ridiculous, can't focus on their own themes or do them right for a game.

Just finished Kalysea content, and gosh darn it why did they made it a bad end. It was soo good, and for some reason Wsan just decides to turn it into a full blown evil mind break

Bad ends are non-canon, that's why they're called bad ends. Basically what-if scenarios for if you fuck up. In this case, you have to spend weeks being trained to be Kaly's obedient cocksleeve while effectively abandoning your party and quest.

There's plans to make a softer submission route that will not result in a bad end. I don't think it's coming anytime soon though.

I'm still totally open to alternative routes with Kaly (like subby Kalysea) but I don't have the money to be commissioning that much writing, I can just about afford the stuff I'm getting currently. I'd be more than happy for people to submit their writing or get writing commissions of their own for her, with the usual procedures of course.

The bad end is basically the result of the PC being unable to control their desires and giving into Kaly's idea of training them away from the party to be her own cocksleeve.

New content will be separate from this ending following the canonical path of her story with the PC. ^_^

Kinu's initial pitch was as a spite project to mess with people who were still freshly upset about helspawn incest, but everything after that was just tobs writing his own malformed princess maker game. He wrote several books worth of content for her in his free time, and despite what this forum shows, that is not something only spite can fuel.

I might believe that if every aspect of her post-amulet content wasn't aimed at specifically downplaying you, in-game and in discussions on the forums by Tobs. Douche even added a talk scene about the engagement way after the fact to further drive the point even more you were insignificant. Framed people who disliked how disconnected we were from all this into us wanting her being dependent on us, as if you have to be smothering to care who your teenage daughter gets engaged to. At the same time ignoring the walking double standard that is Kiyoko. Hate that guy.

I really wish the ghostlight strapon was implemented more like a, well, strapon. I expected the option to whip out a magic strapon that offers tactile sensation when needed à la TiTS instead of a futa transformation with a toggle. But, I find it silly to state that a name should not influence expectations of a product when that name was what they were doubling down on to SELL that product. If I had a quarter for the number of times I saw "just like/in CoC1"
People didn't get the wrong expectations, that's what they were told the game would be.

The marketing of CoC2 from both it's reveals and the back and forth Savin and friends had with the community was that this was going to be more of that game with a fresh spin.

The page is mostly truthful.

To note, it IS technically a 'true sequel". As in it canonically happens after CoC2 and there the similarities end.

Like 50% of the promised content for TiTs doesn't exist, and will never exist.

In fact, TiTs situation is even worse: Fen ran a Kickstarter (well, an Offbeatr) promising a host of features that will never be in the game. TiTs is straight up funded off empty promises and false expectations and always has been.

Not at all? When has CoC2 taken dev time away from TiTS? In fact, its the exact opposite, considering Savin is now running and writing for TiTs, its taking significant dev time away from CoC2.

I'm not going to spoil anything upcoming but she's seemingly only aligned with nature and the Old Gods, her goals are still a mystery. I will say, it's strange how after helping her forge that ring, so many characters find Kalysea oddly... 'Enchanting'...
