Honestly you're not, it always made side eye the game a little. I said it a while ago, but the wholesome family simulator parts of CoCII felt like streaming The Magic Schoolbus on Pornhub. Yeah I suppose there's nothing inherently wrong with it, but it still feels questionable. There aren't any child characters in games like Skyrim and GTA for a reason, and I feel like there really shouldn't be any in a porn game.
No judgement meant on the people who enjoyed the early Kinu content, the whole thing was just not my cup of tea though.

There are half breeds in the game, you run into a half orc/doggo in the bar even, just not yours. It's explained the PC's kids are always the race of the other parent because of the soup the magic explosion made of your genetics.
My only counterpoint to that is hounds of the blade, I don't think Inu is milking his fanbase so much as they have no idea how to finish a project. I think this is his fourth (?) attempt at the side scroller beat em up h-game and each one has got to about four levels and then petered out, however he didn't accept donations for the previous three. He accepted them for hounds of the blade in the hopes that it would motivate him to keep working on it IIRC. But we're getting off topic so probably better to leave it there.
Wait! Yeah, sorry I have that wrong don't I? Skyrim has kids they're just immortal unless modded otherwise, correct?

Can I go on my slightly related tangent here? The game's artstyle and character design is a really big toss up. I like some characters visually, but dislike their artstyle. One thing I am sort of thankful for is that unlike TiTS you don't have constantly visible bulges in the pants of 90% of the characters that wear pants.
But in general, when I look at some CoC2 designs they give me... uhh... Porn Ads on websites. I am fine with unpractical clothes that exposes practically everything, but I feel like it's a bit weird how many characters have clothes that will practically rip the second they move, or is so tight and small for them that it's got to be uncomfortable. Or bras that cannot even cover nipples that occupy 50% of the breasts. Or are so fucking solid that no amount of clothes can cover them. I feel like that artwork with Brienne is a victims of that. Yes, I know her breasts are huge. You don't need to make her wear clothes for someone much smaller to nail this point, I can see that.
I get that it's a porn game where most of the characters are horny AF, but I wish some designs were more reserved and less "in your face" with how much they try to seem straight out of porn. If we use just art (which is unfair, but still) - I can find several artworks of fully clothed characters with no absurd proportions like G-Cup breasts that will get me into the mood much harder than most of the stuff from CoC2 and TiTs.
Yeah you can't even kill the several hundred years old vampire just because she looks like a kid.

It's def one of my biggest gripes with this game is it's art direction. I like most designs but the artstyle is very inconsistent with multiple artists, like Gwyn's bust. The two totally give off completely different vibes other than "I'm a female furry!". I can't even look at Cait's busts besides her original made by zexon I think. Some look good, others, like you already said, look like they come from an ad for a porn game you never want to play cause their art is their only redeeming trait. The clothing also a issue as well. I know it's a porn game but it be nice to give some characters semi realistic clothes or clothes that just don't logically make sense. If there were magically created clothing or clothing created using materials from magical creatures, fair enough I suppose but 90% of the time, that isn't the case. Also, besides Tobs wanting to be massive spiteful, salt inducing mine, why the fudge does Kinu Hime have the most cock teasing bust ever? Realistically, would she be more reserved with her sexuality? She isn't a slut, she doesn't tease like Miko and neither does she use her sexuality to her advantage from what I can remember. She's supposed to be a well disciplined daughter of nobility that does exactly what she's told, she's ain't some black widow or slut whore who prances around wanting to fuck or teasing people with flashes of her body. Really, she should have a similar appearance to the other Kinu, just a bit more feminine.

And what's most frustrating is sometimes you get great busts in this game. Moira's Alante bust makes her look so damn cool. Argoth(DCL), Atugia(Also DCL), Berwyn (also DCL), Brint (DCL, again?!), Clementine (Moira), Garret/Garth/Young and at home Gweyr, and some others I'm sure that I missed all dress reasonably. Sure Brint and Argoth dress a little light but it makes sense. Argoth is an orc and living up to the stereotype, and Brint is a mountain of muscle and a barbarian class so ofc he's not fully decked out in armor. Berwyn was being turned into a slut so his garb being a bit revealing also makes sense. The others are just dressed like normal people lmao I'd even argue DCL's Cait makes sense given the fact she's a slut-priest even if I don't like it. Then you get people like Cecila, Carmen, Brienne, Azyrran, Arona, Anna, Vari, Syrish, Solveig, Sherine, Rumie, Nona, the mare guards, June, also more I sure missed. They're either under or impractically dressed. If Kasyrra disguised as an elf dresses more reasonably and more conservatively than you then you might need to re-evaluate your wardrobe. Again, that's aside from people that being a literal prostitute is their thing because it makes sense that they want you to see the goods.

DCL has a few good arts, but in general I think Moira has the best, with very few exceptions—if I could get Moira art for everything in the game I would.
Definitely much better than TiTS's equivalent in Adjatha.

Talking of Moira's art, anyone else OG Brienne gang? Once the shine wore off i kinda got over her latest bust. Not bad, just a bit too bimbo and doesn't really look like any of the CG either.

Really? I quite like most of Cheshire's stuff in TiTS. It has a style to it, which I guess could be hit or miss, but in general I find their portraits more tastefully done than Adjatha's super chunky style and ridiculous proportions. I think each artist's versions of Celise and Anno really exemplify what I'm talking about.
(Cheshire in CoC2 on the other hand… That Gwyn portrait is just… oof.)
