Boring companion, boring scenes.

Of all the companions, a played straight witch that does not defy even a single cliche of the archetype is the one I like the least, if only because it's just so utterly boring. I at the very least enjoyed letting Quin die by himself. At least he had entertainment value. And atugia is hilarious because her writer tries to make her relevant to no avail.

But this new Vivian...is just boring in a way that none of the other shit companions can compare. We lost Berwyn to this, lol.

Maybe I am being too harsh. Is she more fun as a demon?
Edit: No. All that changes is her sprite and some dialogue.

Eryka’s writer, Frank’s, actually quit writing for these games. For mostly the same reasons listed in the past 700+ pages; I think he said he was busy IRL. He said this in the /vg/ thread on 4chan not to long before those threads died because they stopped giving a shit about even insulting this game, I’ve tried searching for the archived thread to get a screencap but can’t find it.

Also to clarify, I was referring to how the entire forum got deleted and reinstalled as part of an upgrade process a couple years ago.
I was not talking about them deleting specific posts

And unless I'm missing something, it seems her sprite only changes for sex scenes, anyway.

Which also means that there's a clothed version of her demon self in an outfit that I like going unused.

Not bugged, she has no new scenes except for a short one when she turns into a demon. It took them a year to add a few talks.

It sucks because Eryka would make a great companion, a paladin tainted by corruption and prone to lapses of blind anger? That's a pretty reasonable idea for a companion character.

Also came back just to see what the response to Viv as a companion would be.
I'd like to say I was disappointed to learn they put no effort into it after all these months, but as soon as I saw that my brain just went "Makes sense" and wrote off this update and project. Note they still haven't turned back on Berwyn's old sub/dom content, betting they're just hoping people forget about that.

Well Viv can sit next to Agni as another NPC without barks or decent scene variety. To the bench with you witch.
