Okay, lets just take a huge step back and literally fuck your own face remember why futas in coc2 is bad.
First of, huge part, like 70%, of all futas presented in a game can be described as dominant futa. Its not bad as is, but that 70% is literally same character with changes here and there so minor that they indistinguishable. Other 30% of futas are SUDDENLY also dominant futas, but a one or two small quirks, like elf or mommy fetish or being a centaur. Yes, being a centaur in coc2 are a character trait.
The only non dominant futas (which is 0.000000000000000000001% from all futas count) is an elf princess, dogo in forest.....and thats it.
Second of, that dominant futas are dominant....and thats it. "WOW!!!!!!!!11...dude are you an idiot?" Yes.
Now, all futas scenes are more or less "suck my futa dick bitch". All of them. If somebody missed my point

Which is...why is it there in such quantity? Yes, cool, writers are know how to write dominant futas (debatable)....Maybe now its owrth to write something else...like for example a 200% straight male that fall into depression after first anal sex with him in the receiving role.

Another issue you missed, is that in CoC every single one of them is either the SI of one of their countless writrers, or customer insert. Someone usually paid money to have their futa fursona dominate and rape you in the game.
Because they are getting off IRL on doing this to you the player.
There is zero care about actually making a good story.
I was talking more in general earlier.
And then moved on from talking about futas to talking about hyper-males. (the rarest form of males)

there were multiple instances where dev team leaked such info.
Off the top of my head. I recall there was solid proof for coc 1 on Akabal, Urta, that dog girl who runs the farm

well besides the load of futas, for alot of the charaters they seem to share alot of personality traits. And this sharing cant be easily explained though lore.

I think it's more people either commissioned or wrote in their OCs/SIs to put in game for fun (fenco/savco games have always focused on input from the community through submissions, donations, commissions, etc), not necessarily that they paid money expressly to fuck and fuck over the player.

Granted I don't think it's a very good practice long term because I think it's very easy for writer's to run into the issue of writing solely from their OCs/SIs perspective, instead of from the player's (or considering the player's input). I think that's probably part of the issue with content that feels like the player is being ignored or are expected to find this new character hot and if you don't you get negative companion comments or corruption points or whatever.
