For next year I guess we have the following to look 'forward' to :LUL:

Etheryn decaging (very skeptical about this one heard a leak a while back that he will do pregnancy via proxy?)
Alante marriage (Meh wish we knew more but so far so good I guess.)
Main story continuation (Doubt Cow city will end next year)
Brint/Brienne family marriage (Top of my list)
Jstar Kitsune Husbando (fingers crossed he will be great the 2nd highest for me personally)
Lumia quest with Valkyrie (As long as Alypia sticks to writing smut rather than comedy we should be good.)
Hirrud genderswap (Mixed about this as I feel that this could turn into pure revenge porn because of who this represents.)
Hive corruption (Looking at the corruption content so far I have zero expectations.)

Was hoping to at least end the year with one of the above. Since for me this has been the worst year so far in CoC 2 it would be very hard for next year to be worse but I won't tempt fate and keep my expectations low. I might be in the minority and I understand why as Berwyn's departure was a low blow but Demon Viv was better than expected but to be fair I didn't expect much. Basically I feel like she has potential to open up a decent corruption path for the party in maybe another 5 years :KEK:

They must be holding out on us, cause the last few updates have seemed to have less content that usual. I feel like it's been nearly a month since we got some "decent" content. I just wanna marry brienne's family already, it feels like it was so long ago that we last had content regarding them.

I actually think way too much time and effort is being spent on Brihaus at this point.

I mean, honestly, this is basically a pair of non-story related side characters that have now been holding up the main plot for like...4-6 months? And they still aren't done.

Not only that, there are other Wsan characters made before them that haven't gotten more than a single scene basically since initial content (Evelyn, dryads...). Brihaus got put in last year iirc. They're relatively new. They should be further back on the docket if anything.

I feel like it's a at least a little bit of a contributor to the general feeling that stuff has gotten a bit slow.

With Brihaus not even being done, Wsan won't even start on the arena until well into next year, which means into won't be finished until the back half most likely...and there's still 1 or 2 sections of KM after that.

Idk, it seems like either something that could have been added after KM, when the writer of the actual story wouldn't be tangled up in side stuff, or added in smaller sections.

Not to mention the salt where Brint players are kinda being screwed because Brint players don't get to marry the family, just Brint himself.

Buuut Brint enjoyers are probably used to it at this point.

I think it's telling that Wsan is getting stuck on side content more than anything else. I doubt his speed would improve if he was doing something more important.

His speed is fine imo. Look how fast KM was being pumped out from when it launched. I don't really doubt that Brihaus is going to be a substantial chunk of content when it comes out.

I'm more irritated about its placing.

What I want is to finally meet the minotaur king because it is possible that he will give us clues about Brint's father.

I no longer care about marriage to Brint or his harem of cats............any detail or content is acceptable at this point............if you hear that a genocide of cat girls occurred, ignore it, it was for the prosperity of the world.

Honestly, I feel it is more carried by the concept then by execution. Now to be fair, since it is written by Wsan, the text itself is good but maybe bland in some aspects? By which I am mostly referring to Rhina since outside her lezdomme incarnation, she feels pretty run of the mill. And as for the lezdomme incarnation, I simply do not like how Brienne behaves there.

Now this is subjective and all. But my hottest scene was the one where Brienne described the possible scenarios we could take with her family, rather then the content that followed.

What I would like is if they would make it easier to get Quint and not have to wait a week and gather various materials for him.
