The best pregnancis are Kiyoko, Brienne and Arona and it is not even close. Well, I never tried Miko and Make really, just skimmed through them, but I think they were somewhat involved.
I agree with the Brienne. However I'm more partial towards Aileh and Vari over Kiyoko and Arona. I was a sucker for Ember and Kiya in CoC1 when they got pregnant. So Aileh is my weakness. Thick pregnant ladies like Vari are just... Fuck I can not get enough of her.

While I'm not gay or bi, I can make it easier for straight guys to understand this: This is kind of the same thing as asking if femboys/traps are appealing to a straight guy.
