iirc no, you can't. That option only appears if you're with her, so you either have a one on one session with Ryn or a threesome with Elthara. Only tested this on high confidence Ryn though.

Drifa, how do you corrupt her? I let her get taken by the Lupines and it says I have to interrogate them or get kidnapped and it should open up the way to their den, but nothing like that shows up in the map. No quest pops up either and no option to interrogate them during their encounter so idk what to do. I'm completely lost.
Does anyone have any direction to help me out? I'd like to experience her content, but I can't tell if this is just a dead end for the content right now or if there's another way to corrupt her if you recruit her normally?
