Love this. Just sad there's no visual representation of the player. Would love to see everyone's abominations. Lol. Maybe someone could make something similar to the "save editor". Place in your current save and it generates your character.
I'm honestly surprised someone hasn't positioned themself to market specifically for OC commissions for this game. Seems like a decent side gig.

The problem is that while you can guarentee that you will write an OC(possibly even create the art for it) you cannot guarentee that itll get it unless you are one of the already established authors

Not for getting in the game at all. Just commissioning people OCs for their own personal perusal.
Like Alypia and her steady stream of pictures of her OC. She commissions those. Or Tobs' random commissions of various kitsune.

Ahhh that i can see.Well if i had to guess its the same reason why very few people draw proffesionally.In order to become so good at drawing that you can sell it you need hard work and a lot of time and energy dedicated to the craft.
So...I finished Nina's dreamwalker quest (or well what's done so far) and I've got a few things I wanna say:
1) So we have confirmed that Thollus has been around for a LONG time, at the very least 250 years, most likely learned about other worlds since the whole Estelore debacle & has been getting potions from Mareth same way the Ingnam village elders did, is actually...solid lore-wise, I like it, (that's a new one lol! also seems to me Tollus gonna be our final boss rather than Kass)
2) Thalia is honestly nice, I'll admit the Godswar lore is one of the few lore-pieces in this game I actually really like so for once the text-walls from Tobs didn't felt like torture lol, wish we could summon her after all is said and done but oh well.
3) Holy shit her Ouroboros pendant is a NICE addition to any Mage's set! I'm especially happy cuz my Mages had no worthwhile neck item after getting Kiyoko out of the amulet, seriously +20 to Magic Power? that ontop of the Summon Lust Elemental spell (aka: Charmer DPS in a bottle) might make the Blackmage the new meta.
TLDR: All in all I had fun and enjoyed how the entire quest made it clear that being a Dreamwalker like Nina isn't all that great, Tobs for once wrote a "special" NPC that isn't hyped up to be better than your character but rather needs your help big time, nice! also funny how I was wishing I could dick Thalia only for the newest upate to allow me to do just that, lol!

Why would they specifically market themselves for this game? If they're good enough to do comms, odds are really damn high they're already going to have an audience to take commissions from on their own socials. That would also mean being associated with a third party, which just brings unnecessary risk to their image.
Just seems completely pointless. If people want commissions made, they're going to seek out artists, not the other way around.
Same reason the commissioned writers do?
Not like it takes a lot. A thread on the forum/discord with a Twitter link to their work, and they've got some extra traffic.
Why not do it? I doubt every smut artist out there's schedule is just filled wall to wall.
