One of the new Etheryn Arona threesomes has some of the same beats of one of the Vapula threesomes but paradoxically hits none of the highs due to the tendency to overemphasize NPC interactions in the pre and post scenes. Contrasting Vapula's threesomes (and pretty much any non CoC2 game when you get down to it) where the MC is the star of the show it's not hard to notice the differences. While the first game wasn't all highs it at least mostly (excluding like 3 scenes) did the job right.

Hearing about how good one NPC feels on their dick with another NPC isn't something you're capable of even attempting to make the player experience. Saying you're 'proud' that one NPC is fucking another NPC doesn't suddenly elicit that emotion in the viewer and it certainly does nothing for eroticism unless you're inherently already a person whose into voyeurism and sharing. There are perspectives that simply aren't going to rub off on people regardless of how hard you try to work at making it so.

I'll state that not all of her threesomes are that good. It's also not just her not being in scenes with other dicks though that certainly helps a bit given it takes away the other authors ability to absolutely mishandle a scene that require finesse.
In general, I believe it's more that the purpose of those scenes are done in service for the player with enough decent description to help convey the sensations and successfully carry a scene. Brienne also adores MC. Not MC and NPC #2 equally. The MC.

I mention CoC1 a lot but it's not like it was all success either in threesomes either. Of particularly infamous nature there was anything with Urta. But there were still a decent amount of good ones and generally they're more hit than miss.

Cait would be free real estate but she's now in some weird limbo where she's meant to be a lover as well as a slut and unlike Helia, actually opting to be a lover doesn't change anything. I remember reading a conversation about how somebody thought Cait Anal was exclusive with the PC but she'll get railed in the ass by Arona if you do that threesome.
