He’s not kidding about writers expressing intent to flesh it out, then disappearing. There’s been a LOT of faces that just disappeared over the five years I’ve been around. That stopgap turned into a holdover as time went on. The last thing the corrupt hive got was, genuinely, something Savin explicitly directed Tobs to do, in order to give it SOMETHING for content, and that was Love Knight Bimbo Azzy as an enemy.

Im guessin he only took unpaid volunteers among his forum/discord audience? Is he allergic to commisioning a more reputable writer that after seeing years of vanished "writers" he just decided nah its fine. Unless he decided that outside writer couldnt possibly write something that would fit within the current tone.

Checked the forums and regular discord. The forums are still mostly dead but there's a couple pointing out how fucking stupid this is. Savin only responded in the echo chamber discord by saying this was superior cause pure route Azzy had more content than corrupted Azzy. Which is really the fault of Savin and not some logical decision he portrays it as. Like Savin there's no content because you won't write it, have your main team write it, and spent all this time hoping someone else would do it for you for free. Oh and his response if you liked the corrupted hornets and hive? Just don't complete the quest. Pretty sure that means you can't upgrade the wayfort though. Could've just, not wasted time and manpower on this shit tier rewrite. Literally nobody wanted this. I hope this finally turns his fanbase somewhat against but I doubt It'll be significant. Also that stupid chibi Azzy dabbing on the update page makes it seem like he's trolling.

To answer your rhetorical question I assume it's the same reason Rent A Girlfriend keeps going, people with no taste or standards but have disposable income.

One was a rushed mesh with unnecessay character, and the corruption route was even more rushed but atleast ended in a way where you felt SOME control. Honestly, in a way I feel bad for Liaden, like she never gets to be anything more than Azzy's gf and I guess the priest daughter but her life is always revolving around the bee girl. They didn't even bother to flesh out the character or for things to naturally reach a point where they develop feelings. Everything was just rushed for smuts sake. It actually makes me kinda introspective of how souless alot of characters are....
And now I'm back to be mad at savin and co. My fucking conniptions. I will now kick a fucking rock.

At this point the only reasonable assumption I can make is that most porn game donor/supporters/paypigs/etc are just into findom and get off to these devs taking their money and basically spitting in their faces in return

There is no excuse for Savin and does who support his decision. In a game called CORRUPTION of champions 2 based on a game where corruption was a main mechanic and had lore built around it. Do not take part in a game where one of the core concepts of it is something you don't enjoy atleast not as the lead fucking manager of said game. Aury...what do you think of the game Facefuck madness? What do you think alot of the gameplay is about? If there is a facefuck madness two and someone like savin got their hands on it, people would be pissed. Rightfully so. I want you to understand that your friend is not only unqualified to lead COC2, he is foolish for taking lead of a game where a core kink and mechanic was something he was never going to take part in.

Just note that there’s a difference between hearing complaints, and acting on them. You won’t get banned from the discord for airing a grievance, if that’s what you’re asking. As long as you’re not being intentionally obstinate, at least

As for getting flamed, that’s more likely. There’s a lot of people in the discord, some more well-adjusted than others, and a good few tend to get VERY upset if you badmouth their enjoyed content. I used to number among that classification, but I got some thicker skin after I started writing
