*Dissapointed more like.CoC1 had its problems and especially its end was horrendous but when it begun it was a unique experience which im sure many(myself included) enjoyed.The thing with the fenoxo games and why so many people shit on the devs and the writing and what not is because we actually like these games and believe that with enough effort they could achieve their potential.

Jerryn is pretty straight forward. All you need to do is succumb to the cold in the northern part of the icy plains while not being a Taur and accepting all the underslung coat rides. It leads to a pretty fucked up Bad End though.

Amber I have no idea, but Ardia has a lot of scenes and the tone of these scenes change depending on her Dominance score.

You're delineating between various types of polyamory and confusing it with one of the two types of harems, as the term is commonly used.

The "one person being the center" you described is a hierarchal polyamory. It's a well-defined term that's used in various communities all across both this site and the web at large. This "selfish harem" is a term I only ever see out of niche porn game discords, COC2's own included. Harem is a term, and the dynamics therein are both well documented in both an academic and fictional sense. It's overwhelming use across the above is only in one way.


Steam had a shoot 'em up sale not too long ago. Nearly everything on front page were games like vampire survivor. Shoot 'em up used to mean games like Gradius, Darius, Salamander 1 and 2, etc.

Jerynn treats you like crap (and has a rather unfortunate bad end)
Ardia gets you addicted and is a little bit rough but otherwise it's not so bad.
Amber isn't really a dom and that relationship is more mutual in its power dynamic. This goes double if you cure her.
