Ah, I almost forgot about her. It's so crazy the amount of character bloat this game has. I think that's what urks me the most about how Savin and co do updates. Would it kill them to save all the one off side character till after the main quest is done? Or at least, save them for certain months like Mayternity. But they just seem to obsess over one character, churn out a few scenes, and then toss them into the black hole to be forgotten. That Gnoll princess, Byvernia, the Drider Queen, the entire Marked Merk Mercenaries, Baroness Carmen, Lusina, the Frost Pupper... I'm probably forgetting a bunch...

And that's not covering all the other character that I remember hearing about but ended up being scrapped or memory holed. Einin of course is the most well known. I recall Birbs was wanting to add a Kistune femboy named Shion. IIRC I think he was going to be sort of like Berwyn right down to the tsundere aspect.




Then there was someone from /cocg/ that was working on a Minotaur baker that I think was suppose to go in the Winter City? She predated Milly. And unlike Milly, she was aimed more as a soft mommydom sort than corruption. (Though can I say that Milly's corrupt scenes are total weaksauce? Is that a hot take?)



Finally, the last character with art was this Kistune chick Jstar had on the backburner that I swear was meant to be Kazuo's daughter but for the life of me I can't find any mention of this on the forums. I swear on Kiyoko's baby bag I remember reading about this though feel free to correct me if I'm just having a schizo moment.



The rest of characters I can remember off the top of my head were all just vague concepts that I don't think ever seriously got past the planning stages and were thought up by Anons on /cocg/. I recall someone suggesting a steppe/Mongolian waifu that I forgot what race she was suppose to be. And another Anon was working on some bunny futanari spear girl and her MILF teacher that was going to lead to the champ fucking/dominating them both with a focus on musk (Was it William's ghost who came up with that I wonder?).

Simple enough concept but open enough to do dang near whatever. Maybe because you hate yourself she was the champs lover. That accepted her chaste bootyhole god that shit is still funny as a sign of your true love for each other. Tack on some miracle kids for easy effect. Maybe just besties that became close. Comes back and maybe makes current Cait jealous. Hell add a twist where it was something Cait did to cause the champs death. Adding more reason for clingy and hate for her old self. Hell add a whole ass side thing where the future is leaking into the past. Explain away any new weapons, spells, etc. If she has to time travel back to the start of the game. Maybe knocked off course or she just ended up somewhere else. Need some time to build up the champ and Cait for that meeting to matter.

Hell I'm not even a writer and even my creative sticky juices are flowing.

Funnily enough I did kick around a similar concept where instead of future Cait going back in time, it was the Champ going back to when Cait was in the temple. Shenanigans ensue where we go on the run with Cait. I forgot exactly how I had planned for that to happen, I think it had something to do with Cait's royal ancestry getting the Sultana wanting her head. Maybe Tollus and the champ both fall into a time portal while fighting and Tollus is able to corrupt the Sultana? Either way Cait being away from the temple for the first time and seeing the outside world ends up with Cait falling for the champ and disavowing the temple, especially when she hears how it's going to be a gateway for the Demons to corrupt people.

Cait decides to reform her faith to be more focused on "pure" love. Inspired by an encounter with Mallach himself. I was sort of planning on having it be the catboy comes to the same realization as Cait does when the champ pops into the past and tells Cait about how shitty the future is, and encourages her. He's also not a fan at how things are being run. (Yes, this will involve retcons to the base game. But if it means no more grooming temple...) Leading to a whole questline that either ends with Cait failing and leaving her homeland in exile having totally cut ties with the temple or her succeding and becoming the new "prophet", leaving to spread the newly reformed Mallachite faith to the other temples.

How I was going to connect this to the larger game, especially since this involves timeline fuckery, I have no idea. I think I was considering some sort of new game plus mechanic? Obviously this was way more ambitious than it has any right to be, but I enjoy coming up with these expansion ideas. I had a much more doable expansion idea in mind focusing on the Kitsune that at least doesn't involve fucking with the timeline. I guess I wanted to have an expansion focus on each of the Seven, changing them to realize "Hey, we kind of suck and were going about thing wrong." and either submitting (Mallach, Keros, Lumia, Tira, Nareva) or allying the champ, giving you a bunch of cool power fantasies and effecting the main plot.

I recall Savin one time mentioning how he wanted a "battle" mechanic where large scale army fights could play out:


and I was like, "Cool, that sounds useful", as having large scale wars would play a big role in at least two of these expansion (This one and the Kitsune one). Of course, holding my breath for this mechanic is fool's errand. It's almost certainly a never ever, or if it does get into the game- it's going to be so watered down and empty.

The female Kitsune was Tet before he got swapped to a male. The reason being there was already a baby crazy kitsune being Kiyoko and he didn't want there to be conflict or two of the same character essentially, and some shit about how there are X amount of den mothers, with Kiyoko being one of them. Couldn't have two in the same area or some shit.

Nah, I had the same issue with it and brought it up with Fleep with how it didn't really build up the corruption scenes in a natural way.

You can create an army mod and an expansion mod. You can do anything you want with the mod tools.

You know, this reminds me of that one concept in the waning days of 4chan's /cocg/ threads of "Punished" Cait- Basically Cait from the bad future where the Champ got killed and her religion was used to corrupt the world. She ended up being time traveled to the beginning of the game to fix things. She's extremely clingy to the Champ, and hates promiscuity and her old counterpart.

I've been following along with the developments here, and I've got a host of ideas I'd like to make into mods for this game. I have a doc I've been adding to now and again whenever inspiration hits me or I see a random idea from this thread or all the way back from /cocg/. I've just been holding back as I wanted the coding process to get a bit more streamlined, and I also wanted to see what sort of "canon" developments Savin and co had in store so I'd know how much of a workload I'd have when it came to fixing their shit. I recently saw on their forums that they want to remove all the cut or unfinished content from the game when it nears completion. So things like, whatever bits of code that had Einin in it for example.

I actually would love to see a buff/muscular version of Cait because every muscular lady in this game just acts like a man(most futas, who would've guessed) or has so little characterization(most characters in general) that I can easily just see a man in that body. Which kinda wigs me out to say the least. And this is coming from a muscle lady, dommy mommy, futa, and tomboy fan. Like I am the closest damn thing of a target demographic they could get to and I'm still not satisfied.

All that is to say: Traditionally feminine women in muscular bodies is kino. Also scars. Scars are hot.

Replaying the game from start and I remember why I hate doing this in games like those, its not even the overly long chain of different quests that i will need to get to the new content but once again meeting the npc's whose writers left or 'left' the game and knowing no planned content or expansion of currently existing one will be coming.

Honestly, now that some somewhat comprehensive mod tools exist, maybe they should be shadow dropped on whatever the CoC chan board is. Am immensely curious what kinda spite or even just out of pride shit they might make......assuming any of them have even a smidge of interest left in CoC2 or making Sav & Co looks foolish
