KQ_OLIVIA_TASK is the flag that's used to track Olivia's quest within the cave 2 being the value of the quest when it is a success.
KQ_EPILOGUE is the flag used to track the outcome of the knot cave. For example, 1 will recruit the wolves in their base state and 4 will recruit them in their genderbent state.
Olivia's intro event triggers on the square where Zhara and her gang hang out when KQ_OLIVIA_TASK is set to 2 and KQ_EPILOGUE is set to something.

I'm not really sure but I found that the event where she proposes to you requires KalyseaMarriageReady() and this is what the code for KalyseaMarriageReady() looks like

I suggest you open the console (ctrl+shift+I or f12) then go to the Sources tab there you can look through the code of the game in a readable fashion. You can use the keyboard shortcut ctrl+shift+F to search the files for key words and phrases.

You could query their respective flags (ctrl+shift+I or f12 to open the console) you query a flag or trackable variable by simply putting it into the console without setting it to anything (flags will have flags. before the flag name and the flag name most of the time should be in all caps).
The flags are as follows; Electrum amongst friends's flag is OLIVIA_DUE, Trouble in Paradise's flag is OLIVIA_DOGGREL, and Who Comes A Knocking's flag is OLIVIA_LIFE. If the respective flags return the numbers 1, 2, or 3 then you've done the respective event.
