TBH this is a theme with SKoW. Pretty obvious he shouldn't be writing for a video game as his chosen content is just unfitting.
SKoW also wrote Azyrran and Seastone, both characters you play third wheel to (though you can dominate seastone it's really more about her other slave she likes).
He should just be focusing on novella type smut on some forum or something. Not a game where you have to accomodate a player character separate from SKoW's OCs which he really, really doesn't want to cater to.

well, that was more fun figuring out what the quest requirements are than actually playing the content lol
anyway, all you need is to have talked with the Twins at least once and have Arona in your party. In my test runs, the new content then triggered as soon as you visit Vari's village.
Quest line "Right of Conquest" doesn't need to be finished.
No apparent physical characteristics (gender, height, tone, ect.) corruption or Arona dominance level requirements.

Thank you. I never have Arona in my party, so it would have taken me an embarassing amount of time to figure that one out.
Edit: A further pinpoint of what's needed to trigger the new quest - in leothran village, specifically pick the "Shop" option while having Arona in the party. Nothing else works.

I will guide you to add the Quest first of all go to the Vari, now choose this, like this picture
"Visit Village?" option, then choose this:
"Shop" option, then choose this:
"Liresh & Syrish" option, and do every thing you want (talk, sex or leave), after leaving Liresh and Syrish, this time go back to Vari again, then go to the "Village" again, this time choose "Liresh & Syrish" again you seen an option like this picture:
choose the "Accept" option. (i add this quest with out any companion).
and be careful this Quest has a many bugs like using the "Waystone Charm", like this picture:
you can use this key item (Waystone Charm) at this Quest, so it will send you out of the Quest !! this quest at the background coding is awful, i seen the source code of this quest, its a bad, like the source code of Octavia at the background has so many bugs !! the team coding has a new and i don't want to use this word but i have to do this word: newbie (im sorry for using that word), i think who person codes the Octavia, codes this quest too and that person is a amateur one !! im sorry for using this word.

Thanks for the response, but it's been solved already.
You need to have Arona in the party for it to trigger. Which is an actual sign of schizophrenia to have such an obscure, unexplained hidden requirement.

of course with Arona is easy, but with that you can take the quest without any companion, i usually play without any companion.
It's actually impossible to trigger without Arona. I've been trying for about 3 solid hours.
It just didn't fucking trigger, no matter how much or in what ways I tried to interact with the twins.

Because you go to the village before this time (by interaction with Vari, you choose vari for sex or others things), or sexed with Vari before this time, if you will seen Vari and going directly to the village, without any interactions, thats not gonna happened, you can add this quest with 2 round try !! i said that this Quest has so many bugs at the background coding.It's actually impossible to trigger without Arona.
