To clarify on Nero a bit. I didn't say he himself started the fire, but that he was responsible. As with all ancient events, there's mostly third party evidence, almost without concrete proof.
It could have been negligence, like allowing poor quality constructions and stockpiling all of the flammable materials in one location. Or it could have been a lash out by persecuted minorities against the oppressive emperor.
Either way, all of it are educated guesses and I myself don't think he was mad enough to burn down his own capital. But Rome did burn, and it was Nero's failure for allowing it to happen in the first place.

Fate has a bit of an issue with Saberfaces, which started with Nero sharing a face with the original Saber, Artoria. She then proceeds to hog all the attention servant-wise on EXTRA, which proceeds into the two musou games.
Adding to it, she monopolizes one singularity on the Gacha, almost sneaks her way into the next one until the plot lays her off in exchange for Liz, and she then gets an "Alt" that turns out to be literally Aphrodite (who had a cooler design that ends up not used because "more Nero").
Funnily enough, that doujin cover you posted has that version of Nero. That's Aphrodite.

Yeah that's what turned me off from Fate, I love Artoria but the whole cloning thing is a cheap corpo tactic that has unfortunately made Fate extremely profitable. Still love Baeber tho

It's as goofy as it sounds. The musou games have a bride costume for Nero but the gacha has a version of Nero called "Nero (Bride)" that is essentially Aphrodite impersonating Nero. So if it's FGO Nero Bride, then that's actually Aphrodite. I just find it fascinating, to be honest. The game isn't all that great (it's a gacha, after all) but it has some fun writing.
Kinda like how CoC2 has its moments, I guess?

If by "issue" you mean we need more. Le Fay and Jalter are best Saberfaces. Also I think Nero being prominent in the musou games is cause they're sequels to her debut game but she's not really relevant in the second musou game. Can't defend her in FGO though.
To be fair to CoC2, as much as I like Fate CoC2 doesn't need a flowchart to understand the lore. Yet.
This game needs clown characters and they must be drawn by Adjatha. The memes must flow, for they are the DNA of the soul.
Do we have any bingo cards by chance?
Some fields like:
- one time pregnancy to that completely not relevant quest npc
- one new totallynotcuck! scene to (roll d6) flavor of the month npc
- new super special(paid) OC included into with/without a quest
- (wsan special) new flavor of futa -taur
- (free space) new character is a dickgirl
- theres some talk how the main quest will be even further cut due to their workspeed/scopecreep
- random npc gets feature-completed
