Dragon Breath can be gotten from the Hydra in the Temple of Challenge that you get access to after Gweyr quest.
Double Attack can be gotten either down there or that Khor Minos demon you do as part of the first 'siege' quest.
Banshee's wail can also be gotten from down there too IIRC.
There's some other ability that can't be gotten anywhere else that I'm forgetting.
Bit of a moot point right now though. Can't use Breath, Lunge, Double Attack, etc and who knows when we're gonna get level 8 never you mind level 10.
I don't think it's a universal thing.
But I'm still waiting with bated breath to see how excited people are when the heir stuff lands.

This is exactly why I stopped supporting Fen when they were still working on the original CoC. The constant excuses of, "I'm dying of the plague" and, "my grandma's cousins neighbors dog died" was bad enough. However, what really stuck in my craw was the regularly occurring "I got enough donos to write X. Here's 200 words. I'll finish it in two weeks, I swear!" only for it to never materialize.
No complaints from me (I assure you I'm also surprised about that fact).
It's also includes recurring wayfort interaction that don't drag.
Bit encouraging, really.

So this might be a very asinine thing to note but the new Zhara content doesn't seem to account for non-virile characters (such as those using ghostlights to access penis-wielder content). I was assuming that ghostlight users would simply be arbitrarily cut off from Zhara's content, and was pleasantly surprised to note that Zhara could still turn up in the Wayfort - only to learn that I had somehow produced one (possibly more) children with her despite the fact that only Kiyoko can get gregnant from the fabled magickdick.
It's an oversight either way, but I hope it's more of an oversight in "oops, ghostlight users aren't supposed to be able to access the Zhara's kid content!" rather than it being an "oops, ghostlight users aren't supposed to be able to access the new Zhara content at all!"

Yeah, I get that it's mayternity and all, but it doesn't really feel like the non-pragnante/child-related parts of her content need to be gated behind her getting pregnant, narratively or mechanically? When Zhara's making her "let me live in your fort" pitch she doesn't talk about how she wants to do it because you knocked her up she talks about how she doesn't want to deal with the demons anymore so she'd rather hang out with you. There's nothing specifically pregnancy focused about that, that could work for any kind of PC, really.
Wasn't she supposed to be our wife? There's even locked dialogue in the game I think.
But of course porn game developers' existence and sticking to plans are two things that can never be true at the same time.
