The 5 star reviews are always fun to read thru, some sound like AI and some sound like it was the only game they ever played so its the best thing ever. Was there ever a long 5 star review that gone thru the game good points step by step? Most of the long reviews that I saw are probably the 3 star or lower ones.
Lets be honest here, COC2 is is one of the best erotic games out there. It's not a scam game, it's not a hobby game, it has production quality, gameplay and whatever else. People, when they don't like it, don't like either the direction, yet another dickgirl mage in a new update, attitude of the devs, those kinds of reasons. If we compare COC2 to other games on this site and the average of them, then the rating is very misleading and unfair in regards to COC2. This does not absolve COC2 of it's sins, but if ratings system worked as intended it wouldn't result in this bad of a score

just, try sorting by rating. you will see many better games like:
superhuman, katawa shoujo, desert stalker, eternum, being a dik, hero party must fall, what a legend, and so on and so forth.
all of which tower above CoC

Lul, if they tried nuking all ratings that are below x words or " I like this game because I like the artstyle, 5 stars" or just reviews that arent in the separately rating gameplay/sound/artystle/story whatever format do you really believe that this game would be higher than 2/5 in that case? Unless you mean nuking all negative reviews because you dont agree with them then yeah, the score would go up.
Nah, it do be above average, but that's more a sad testament to the state of porn games then anything. Highlighting the cream of the crop ain't doing much when the average is an update yearly (they added the default koitsu blowjob). Shit some games I've seen make TiTs appear frequently updated and healthy in comparison.

Personally, I prefer Inheritance. Not so much as a porn game but for the heartwarming stuff you can pull off.
As for the ratings bit, I don't mind where it lands but I think it tells who stuck around long enough to find a bone to pick and who didn't... though if I had to guess, the last one came from a regular of their forum. No reason to just casually drop that music bit, you don't even rate music on a text-only game.
The start of CoC 2 was promising. Not without flaws, but definitely promising. It seemed like it took the lessons from both CoC 1 and TiTS to heart and, at the very least, as if it made a genuine attempt at combining the best aspects of both games into 1.
I bought it on Steam right when it was released (very shortly before lewd games disappeared from steam in my region) and at first I looked forward to every single update with considerable anticipation.
That was years ago. The game has devolved into a complete mess & even the better writers are chained down by arbitrary and foolish directives from the "top dogs" who don't even seem to try to make an enjoyable product anymore. It has become so bad that the whole situation also negatively influences the further development of TiTS (aside from the issues that game always had on it's own). By large the writers have literally become worse at what they do over time. It's a mix of complacency, unbridled arrogance and a lack of mental maturity that lead to the utter inability to look critically at their work, god beware listening to critique from others. Instead they just reassure one another, living in an echo chamber of their own making (people actively work on making sure there is no overly critical voice on their forums through a mix of "abuse" of moderator functions and bullying) and don't see that they have long torched their very own legacy and are on the way to just burn it to the very ground.

There's so many storyline arc aside from main quest with Kas and they keep adding more npc instead finishing one by one those plot cavern.
It's a lagging grindfest with chance based events. Imagine COC2's map's random encounters, but you need those to advance the plot, or what passes for it, and it's sugarcube engine. Accidental woman is easier to grind than inheritance. In regards to slaves, you get 2 or 3 stats that determine their dialog, like love and obedience, and you have to grind those values

I believe that's some stuff you can do with Mitsuko on the city. Emphasis on the can, you're not obligated to do so. I think you can just punch the bastard that would indulge in it on the chin and it goes away. Maybe some stuff with Yami too but I've always made sure to keep her off Anna's case.
It's a bit grindy and not the greatest looking game but the interactions with most of the cast are great. Specially the turnaround arc with Anna, it's just genuinably likable.
