Hmm this is very interesting. I wonder if there was a change early in development or if there was an error. Part of the document has a companion I never heard of and no mention of Vivian. Although it would explain how off the lingerie scene feels compared to how Ryn was written prior to that point. I don't know if that's because of different authors and their interpretation of the characters.

I'd really love to see this discussed on their fourm.

Yeah, plans definitely changed - as Sheinnai apparently got rejected, per Savin (https://forum.fenoxo.com/threads/what-content-would-you-like-added.13015/page-176#post-359748) - and based on the wording used, that's probably why Ashelander exists.

Etheryn has lived her whole life under her domineering, controlling older sister's thumb. Ages back, Alissa locked her in a magic chastity belt to make sure the royal bloodline was fully under the new Queen's control, and relegated her "sister" to little more than a handmaiden and sex-toy for herself.

The fact that sister is in quotations stands out - that seems to imply that things were possibly changed, as it doesn't necessarily make sense for that to be in quotations if they're referring to Etheryn by she or her everywhere else. That coupled with the stuff that was previously in the game with Hethia referring to Etheryn as a "princeling" seems to possibly re-inforce things changing from what was originally planned.

Doesn't matter at the end of the day though, but it's kind of funny now with how adamant people are about Ryn's identity all the time, when there definitely is sufficient context for it to be up for debate.

Vivian is not in the list, because she was never planned to be a companion.
Like any other companion that isn't in that list.

I saw a document linked to my waifu Kasyrra in the doc you linked and this is the final paragraph:

The princess then crawls off to find her mistress, leaving her brother (a companion) to take the throne. If you win, the remaining pure elves will imprison the princess, and her brother will take the throne.
I think this is even more clearcut evidence of Ryns backstory being retconned

Yeah I thought Hethia calling her that was just background for setting up the druid/elf beef but it seems that was resolved in the most uninteresting way possible. I was thinking the "sister" was a Patreon censor like they pulled with Kiro but that seems to not be the case.

It really does seem that Ryn's background was changed early in development. If that was the case then no wonder the lingerie scene seems extremely off if it was written before those changes took affect. Is that also why Savin is so against giving her a vagina since he already has her story written and he doesn't want to go back and change things to account for it.

Nah. When this game started, there were only two writers - Tobs and Savin, thats it. And Tobs started writing the foxes before this game existed. Ryns was always Savin's.
