The story setting from what I've gathered since this game started was Hawkethorn was always a bit of a mess because Carmen despite being immortal(?), took a sacred vow to never kill again after the Godswar, and that meant she just had no choice but to basically let bandits and ne'er do wells run amok cuz she can't even afford proper guards to save her town, with Tollus just making things worse until he conjured Kasyrra. Then Kasyrra just got REALLY busy while you were unconscious and literally sewed her seeds of corruption all over the place.
If you want to get absolutely technical, the derogatory term "dickgirl" still applies because they are women (who identify as women) with dicks. But you got a point. Still, Etheryn is the biggest sub in the entire game, to the point where you actually have to build up her confidence to be less of a sub, and even if you're a total brute to her, she still prefers you to her sister.

Guy who enjoys it here. Ultimately I don't get super hung up about it, but it does lead to said character feeling less feminine and lowering my enjoyment of them. While yes, futa and the like generally just revolve around the dick, I personally like the idea of said woman being able to both give and take and since I'm not really into anal I'm sure you can see where this is going. Also the fact that they can actually get pregnant is a plus(boy womb so my trap character can get knocked up when?)
