As far as muscle goes, SF nailed the assessment well enough. Chun-Li, Cammy, the dolls, Mika... latest one took it to another level with Marisa.

I saw that Brint got new art, and that's the first thing that got me to look at the game in years. And, it's pretty good. Proportions of his weapons and dick are still stupid, but I know it's asking a lot for those to be made reasonable.
