I am reading Gardeford's notes in the doc... and they all seem very reasonable and point out the concerns. I can't say he's been discouraging, all the notes seem on point for typos and capitalizations and concerns for the scene. I think it's more that Luma's been working on it for two years and paid an editor that didn't really show out and the artwork for pregnant Clementine wasn't considered to match the style (which is discouraging since his friend made it). Obviously Moira would have done preg busts for her if the doc was accepted, then I think the other pics might have gotten in as alternate art.

I did skim through the doc myself and can corroborate that there's nothing there that outright points to people being a dick to Lama. That being said, I can understand their reaction. They revise and revise their document and then submit it for review, only to be told after months it's not up to standards.

Honestly, fail to see why the artwork thing would be an important deal. No disrespect to the artists as they have the better track record of the whole lot but even those have duds. Was his friend's work too ass to matter?
Think about it is the reason why I do not trust what has been said before. Because I've submitted something and Gardeford himself has said that when I wrote sounds like roleplay, now, I've never role played (fanfic version) before and what I did do when I submitted it, I use content in game as a sort of format or as an example to follow, to format what I wrote. So if what I wrote sounds like roleplay basically all of the game sounds like roleplay, because I used the structure of those scenes there were written in order to write my own. So when Lama said their frustrated I completely feel for them.
It was discouraging because I spent so much time and money commissioning that art. Along with working on something for 2+ years and having it sent back two times for corrections and rewrites.
