gonna pop in real quick to ask smth. ik u can marry some characters (uhh ahmri for example?) who all can you marry? or atleast like.. seriously date? i've been poking around the wiki but a lot of it seems outdated.

Brienne, Senja, Valencia, Atani, Ahmri, Etheryn, Kiyoko, Aileh, Kasyrra, Drifa, Ragnild, Brienne's sister and mom(planned), Serena(she has feelings for you but it's never given a label). All of them have romance though the degree varies to each character. I'm not sure about any male characters since I don't interact with that.

Personally I think Valencia and Rags have the best romance because they feel pretty organic and it actually takes time to get to know them and get close to them. You'd think from a text-only porn game, most romances would seem natural but a lot of them just have the girl love you out of nowhere. Brienne, Kiyoko, Atani, Ahmri, and Kas all just profess their love to you out of the blue, it's pretty jarring.

for the time being, what's everyones favorite class? i've experimented with all of them but not sure which i really prefer. tanks are always fun to see how tanky you can get, especially with the new-ish combat changes. aoe nuke assassins or mages are pretty good. white mage seems like the safest bet however because if you replicate caits starting set, ie one heal and the rest damage with stuff like blinds or ailments, you seem to be able to have the most party variety and swapping abilities is useful for them to be able to change between damage elements or more healing etc. generally healer companions have dps kits so you dont step on many toes, seems to have the best potential on higher difficulties, and their passive to heal themselves while healing anyone else is simple but imo one of the strongest.

I really enjoy my tanky spellblade, and thief dual wielder. The totally not a lightsaber paired with the sacred gladius does a unholy amount of holy damage, especially if you have the holy damage buff spell as well.

Well Nihara is supposed to fill that niche. The goo-cat girl that nobody seems to remember exists. And that's because she's written by TOBS and has his usual bullshit of not actually sexy writing. I think TOBS even wrote she feels like an elder sister. Fucking crying shame he wrote her, because she has an amazon position scene and I can excuse a LOT of things when you've got something like that on a girl. But TOBS writing just aint it, man. Idk how he makes a character from an archetype I'm in love with and then manages to make me not enjoy it at all.

There really is a ridiculously small amount of just straight up femdom content. The only other character that comes to mind is the new cow lady in the KM baths which is nice, but I'd still prefer something that didn't feel so... impersonal. Like you show up there to be her toy like it's some kind of business transaction, just kinda rubs me the wrong way. Such a shame that almost any content where the PC gets dommed it has to involve dicks. I REALLY wish Brienne had a sort of playful caring dom side to her since it'd fit so well with her character design but we can't have everything I guess.

Didn't even know about this character because i stopped engaging his content at around wolfmom, but i can believe the idea was good. Ragni is cool too, but then she gets lost in the essay. Kinu and Rindo even, but pseudo intellectual shit. Gweyr and Komari, born dead, but that's because instead of going for the married wolfmilf or the prim gilf-in-charge, we go for nonsensical adventure->family reunion and Miko and Mai (generic girl #23948230 and #23948231). Because muh fantasy novel. Like you said, worst thing happening to those characters is that it's Tobs writing them.

Three, Aileh, Kiyoko and Zo.
But I think I'm the only one who remembers Zo exists, and that's just because she's Brooke 3.0 and I liked Brooke.

The endless blocks of prose just killed her for me. Mute is fine, but give her sign language or smth to simulate dialogue. Not even a dig, that shit just gets tedious and doesn't sell the budding relationship at all.

Brienne (and arona but that's not important) is my fav companion but I will admit that her feelings for the Player character make zero sense, especially when you turn Brint instantly into her after getting him as a companion.

I mainly played white or black mage. This is mainly because more than half your party options are physical attackers. My white mage is probably the one I played the most only because I almost never use Cait, as her and Quin are the least interesting characters to me and I try to have a somewhat balanced team. Also if you play white mage all you really have to do is support Brint/Brienne and they can do enough damage to beat most fights. My team was usually Brin and Berry or Atugia and Etheryn. Everyone else chilled at the frost hound as Arona is essentially Brint 2.0 with a less likeable personality as far as I can tell. I will admit Arona's content has gotten better over time, but I still prefer Brin over her. I don't care about the bird chick. Kiyoko didn't really seem better than Berry, but I've been using her more often since he's gone now. And I don't think I've ever used Quin in battle. I heard Azzy could be as tanky as Atugia. But, I prefer redheads over blondes.

But honestly the combat system in this game is pretty garbage imo. I don't really have to consider my builds to often. As the game doesn't have to many things to consider. The main debuff I see is disarming, which usually doesn't matter if you're a mage. Occasionally you'll run into someone who will try and seduce you, but that's it. And when you play on the higher difficulties the difficulty seems really artificial. I honestly think TiTs has the best balanced combat of the series, while still being pretty simple. And CoC1 has the most freedom, but because of that freedom some areas can be a pain in the ass as certain builds might not work to well. But, once you get late game in CoC1 it becomes a power fantasy with you bullying most enemies.

Going back a few posts, would honestly trust Wsan with a Brienne/subArona threesome, 'cause he gets where the focus should be hence his threesomes for both characters being honestly pretty great, but then again you throw domArona and the risk of Savin cucking it all up into the mix and it's probably best that shit just stays on lock.

Absolutely agree. Pretty much all of his ideas started off promising in my opinion. I honestly liked Kiyoko at the beginning, and interacting with child Kinu was the most impactful part of the game for me. I know the choices with Kinu are a binary, but the same could be said about pretty much ever other choice in this game. But then you get to the Kitsune den and all the freedom goes away, and everyone there hates you. Plus the writer thinks you're a creep for wanting to spend time with you child.

I honestly wonder what Tobs childhood was like, if they believe parents wanting to take care of their children is creepy. Like you have games like the sims where more than half the content is built around taking care of something.

The thought of how good this game could be if it was lead competently and how we'll never get that is really sad. And savin has to be 30+ right? And they act like such a child?

And given how TOBS writes most of his scenes, I doubt people would like it for long.
Because of this thread I've started hunting down scenes I haven't bothered with before, and all of TOBS's are the same degradation material. Dick goes in and woman becomes a babbling ball of meat that you then end up slapping about while she does nothing but lie there. Goes on too long, and I don't recall agreeing anywhere to play an asshole who insults his sex-partners.

This re-organization (assuming the Wsan post lines up with when it all happened and wasn't too long after the fact) is actually more disturbing to me, because it suggests it was Savin's retaliation against Wsan. Savin is their boss, and he allowed that content through after a rejection. TOBS's actions are like an attack dog that Savin set loose to punish an unruly employee.
