She can be found in the Glacial Rift cliffs at at the most western part of Zone 1 (the light blue tiles in the map). She's asking for tea which can be found in Gianna's Caravan. After you give her the tea she tells you about her Dragon aunt that lives in Harvest Valley near the ruins where Sanders sends you for the artifact.

Man, his garret stuff was a huge disappointment to me. He tends to borrow stuff from other smut media to put in his sex scenes and it doesn't turn out well. Like I believe it's in Garret's bitch scenes where he has the character go brain dead from cock and slur their words, which was very reminiscent of those hentai anime where the chick starts babbling and drooling and can't talk properly yet is still yammering on a mile a minute for reasons. And Garret himself was presented as someone who wanted to be top dog in bed but since his only experience was with the elf who kept him caged, he's not very good at it. Just awkward all around, imo.

Yeah the bitch content get's way too silly for my taste, but IMO the scene you get after the drinking contest was pretty hot (the virgin variant is apreciated since there's so little of it) & his regular repeatable scenes are solid. Dialogue gets too corny at times but overall as far as online smut game writing it's fine to me. I admit it could be that since there's such a lack of good male characters in this game (& smut games in general) I just go into their scenes

I do think he's disappointing in the sense he could potentially be a very interesting character with the whole lack of experience despite the bravado, especially if we had a way to actually interact with him with some personality point system like Ryn's. Once you’ve dealt with the half-dragon’s request in the Rift, head to the western reaches of Harvest Valley to uncover the fate of her last relative. You’ll have to make a choice with this quest, based on who you want to talk to about the problem therein: either Evelyn or Azyrran are going to get an expansion out of it.
• Evelyn has all-new sex scenes – several different rotating ones, a few deliberately pickable ones, and several incidental ones!
• All-new conversations to do with Evelyn’s future direction. You can choose (mostly) whether or not you’ll be servicing her during these conversations.
• More longevity to your stays with her. You now (mostly) stay with her after servicing her, or vice versa.

because wsan did not let sav write a normal scene for brienne. after some consideration wsan decided to not quit over it, but he locked down brienne such that all new content for her must come from him and nobody else.

Which again makes me think that their model of pretty much writing in their own individual bubbles and wanting to treat their characters as their own little handcrafted toys, was/is not good of an idea for such a .large group and fan allowed content if they are going to limit each other or step on each others toes.
