Can someone remind me what use Etheryn is in combat? To me neither of the combat styles ever seemed worth it in a party after you get members that can do a better job of... whatever role Ryn is supposed to fill (pun not intended).

Not a lot of people share the same opinions on NPC x NPC content, sharing, voyeurism, or indeed 'cuckoldry' in general. I'd say that across this website in particular, unless you're in a game with it as it's main focus like Seeds of Corruption or Subverse, people are generally vocally against 'sharing' in general. So it's not a mystery why people would be... er.... "nonplussed" about how the character progression is going.
And boy are more people in for a surprise when that heir stuff happens. Maybe the disaster lands this mayternity and you'll get to see people really start white knuckling.
