TOBS is literally in charge of the Kitsune seeing as how you have to run shit by him specifically in order to add anything regarding them. No shit Savin gets the final word on anything, but he is not the only person who can decide whether content gets in or not. Hence why Wsan specifically stated nobody else will ever write for Brienne again( or at least not without his explicit approval).

That is what the discussion is over. I think it's reasonable to assume Wrynn's IQ is not below the freezing temperature of mercury, so they obviously know that the new update has Vulperine content not written by TOBS. Christ, Wrynn straight up says "someone" as in someone that isn't TOBS. Thus, the only reasonable meaning you can infer from "Tobs is the one doing the vulperines." is that he's overseeing the content for Vulperines. Not that he is doing every single NPC from a race. Just like how Wsan is "doing Khorminos" but isn't actually writing every single NPC for it. Or how TOBS himself is "doing the kitsune den" but isn't actually writing every single NPC in it.

SO! I finally got around meeting the new Goblin Character (I was playing a new playthrough ok? it took me a while) and Gotta say I'm not into heavy Dom/Masochist Sub stuff so the new Goblin's sex scenes ain't my cup of tea.

Which is a shame because her personality & body type makes me think of an Imp Midna but in Goblin version and I really, REALLY wish we could make her into our sassy little onahole Lyrics style (so to sum it up: Her personality and Body Type make PP go up, but HER PP & her sex scenes make my PP go down.)

At least she's not a total waste, as said before her personality is good and I'm enjoying the crap out of the summon spells (man the Lust Elemental is way too funny a summon if you a Black Mage and need something to cover for that tease damage you can't do well!)
