She does get updates every time new story content is added. For example, you can bring her to the royal feast in Khor'minos.
The Feast for Heroes event is part of the main story quest and was added not long ago. Calise's apartment was added just the previous update, and is accessible only after the feast.
Nope, at least In my opinion, I never even met Evelyn. Had to look her up on the wiki. The only way I would have any interaction with her, is if we could dedick her, and dom her(something her writer promised with the intention of never following through). So one more trash character into the trash heap as far as I am concerned.
I mean, you can have either Brienne or Brint as your companion, but not both at the same time. So it's not really cheating.
They're distinct characters though. You can't have both but one's a beefcake that's dtf with almost anyone and the other is the closest thing we have to a loving wife (yeah more so than Kiyoko, sue me). That's why cheated is in quotes I guess, two distinct characters but they're essentially the same person.

I don't care for him either, but what bothers me most is his introduction, both in regard to agency and the attempted guilt tripping. You're telling me there is truly no option but for me to vouch for this complete stranger of a (supposedly) ex-cultist or indirectly condemn him to death? I have no recourse?
