So it's been a few updates since I played. I downloaded the newest update and selected to update my Android app and now my saves are gone. Any idea how to get them back if possible? Don't really want to start over again.

Cait, Brienne, Atugia, Elthara, Vari, Cassia & her Daughter (forgot her name, was it Rina?), the two Minotaur Farmer ladies, Khor Minos' inn hostess & the milker next street, Hretha & Infrith, the new sexy Orc Skald, Lumia, Zhara, Daliza, Aileh, Kiyoko, Hellhound Milf, Atanni, Zuzaan, Half the Centaur Village, pretty much all but one NPC on the Vulperine village & many more I'm too bored to keep counting.

1. all put together those make up about 1/10th of the actual characters in the game. it is a bloated game, there are a fuckton of NPCs in it.

2. a bunch of those are nameless NPCs or random encounters.

3. characters are judged by the amount of content they have. you list some placeholder characters.
for example you mention

when you encounter Infrith for the first time you have an option to rape her which explicitly stated to permanently close off all future content with her and Hretha. If you do it anyways you get 1 short sex scene and move on.
If you don't... then you don't do it then there is literally zero content for her. you don't get that scene and find all other interaction with her is a placeholder.
Her wiki page was created 3rd of september 2019.
So she is a placeholder character introduced 5 years ago and remained a placeholder for 5 years.

Most people don't even remember such a placeholder character exists.
Compare the amount of lines of text for her compared to any of the futa characters.

You even have the gall to list literal "salt mines" explicitly designed to upset and punish the players like Kiyoko (mother of Kinu).

Even though i dont care about how many futas there are in the game i think it speaks VOLUMES that the fanbases problem is with futas and not something else.Is it because futas are just pushed that hard? Idk.Is it because pure fem characters are shit? Idk.But something is at fault.

My personal theory is that the popularity of CoC1 and 2, + large amounts of content geared towards straight men makes it so there is a large group of people playing this game who just want their ol' benis in vagina straightorade. Totally fine.
BUT, these people being what they are, a demographic which the online porn business caters the most to, they haven't been conditioned to understand that sometimes people just make porn you don't like, and that's ok. So now, playing CoC they notice futa, something they don't like. They notice a lot of it. They repeatedly get this disappointed feeling of encountering npcs they have no interest in for they were made for a different section of the playerbase. Then they make a big stink about it, because they don't know how to deal with spaces that just weren't made for them exclusively. (or atleast heavily favors them) Lots of people with more exotic tastes in smut understand loud and clear that there are a lot of people out there that aren't in to what they are in to. And they've come to terms with that. But not these people, because it just doesn't happen to them as often.
Gay people don't go into a discussion about a game riddled with straight porn and then complain about the lack of gay sex. They just think "this game wasn't made for me" and move the fuck on.

Being disappointed that the latest update didn't have anything of interest to you? Fine.
Critiquing the game and the devs for unfinished content and/or characters? Sure.
Complaining and crying over and over that the game doesn't personally cater to your sexual interests like it's some great injustice? Grow up, ya baby.

Why is everyone guessing? The third tab actually just says how many sexable NPCs there are.

Male: 78
Female: 176
Female with Penis: 58

There's a bit over triple the amount of standard female characters in this game as chocks with dicks.

But like I said before...noone actually cares about numbers or facts.

Well, straight people have the entire majority of porn games to play instead of CoC1 and CoC2. So when they don't like the content - they usually just leave.
The problem lies in that even the old timers, who played original CoC and TiTS, don't like how things are going for CoC2.

And the screenshot is reversed, so Savin is talking about an unlimited budget for female characters..... then it would be biased in favor of female content? Damn if that's what being biased against or whatever gets you, i'll happily trade.

Oh, I agree with those complaints too. And have made many of them before.
This game has no MC corruption and MC is not a champion. so its very name is a lie.

It's just that those heterophobes always creep up and start insulting us and trying to gaslight us.

Writers want to be paid money for their work, shocking, I know.
Infrinth has been a placeholder in a woman shape for 5 years because as savin (project leader) explicitly states, ALL of the dev money is allocated towards writing "dickgirls" and if you want to get paid for your work you better be writing "dickgirl content". Otherwise he will literally mock you for wanting to get paid for your work.

People notice how actual content (not a character count number on a wiki. actual lines of content) is coincidentally the only thing that gets writers paid money for their work (shocking!).
Then when they notice, a bunch of heterophobes start calling them "babies" and other insults to try to gaslight them into silence.

i will say most of the content in all those game is male focused but there is good percentage that really like dicks on chicks and like having their characters dom'ed and possibly are herm

T6his also doesn't mean that these groups are MUTUALLY EXCLUSIVE, get y'all's head out your asses and stopping try to throw everything in one or a few baskets. There is plenty of overlap and coc2 even more so, due to it being not as extreme as tits and coc. I mean the game is drowning in women that aren't too submissive but are submissive, coc2 is has a broader audience with some preferences.

Yep, they are the most stubborn, and so also the most likely to complain. One thing i will give them, is that futa stuff was a lot more optional in CoC1 compared to 2. You usually had to give women dicks to get futa content, like Marble or Amily. Futas in CoC by contrast start out as such, with options to make them purefems rare. So the loss of choice is certainly a downgrade from the first game. Bu then again, CoC2 has a lot more characters, so i can understand they might not be as willing to spend to spend time on making them as customizable.

I would actually prefer that too.
That way, all the futas would be a "one and done" background npcs, and actual females would get new content constantly.
Or companions, who were paraded as a big new feature when CoC2 was just released for the public.
Does anyone even remember that Viviane is a companion now??? Or that Agnimitra even exists? When was the last time Azyrran got ANY content?
Even Arona isn't getting as much content as she used to.
Literally the only two companions who still regularly get new content are Savin's pets - Cait and Etheruined.

Original CoC was made by dozens of un-paid voluntary contributors.

The new minotaur miner guy has a requirement that you first find and beat regular minotaur miners in a fight.
So maybe that harpy also has some hidden requierements like that. Try running around Windy Peaks and fighting some random encounters.
