I am trying it right now on F95. I usually do One Piece before I buy it whenever I like or love the game, I buy full or Early Access Discount Release price. So far Early game is good and satisfying but I am afraid of late game and all of the comments I have read so far. Also I like all of the Characters, even Brint.

Just play it and form your own opinion. It's free. And if you end up not liking it then you can stop playing and wipe your hands of it, simple as that.
Not to mention, you're asking a porn game pirate website about whether you should keep playing or even like a particular porn game, so you definitely don't have much better to do with your time if the potential time investment is something your afraid off. But if you really do care about your time, you should get second opinions from other sources, like Steam and the Fenoxo forum, and compare responses to make an informed decision.

As much as people don't like/hate the guy I can just tell this is being done to spite Bubble (who from what I could tell got fed up with Savin's shit and ghosted).
I mean they already did stuff to spite Hugs and even Wsan.
(And before anyone says "and nothing of value is lost", it's the principle of it that irks me. Also they can choose to remove one character but a femboy companion they clearly don't wanna work on anymore and even made even more hellish to touch upon they refused to (or hell, any companions that aren't having content really, seeing as them being dead goes against the supposed companion design philosophy))

I mean, I hate Taka but I get where you're coming from. If they made Taka optional and not randomly inserted and shoved in our face, or let BlueBird rewrite him, then that'd be fine. It's definitely spite motivated since they could've removed him or made Bubs rewrite him at any point in response to his negative reception but are only doing it after Bubs ghosted them. I do think it's not as comparable to the Berwyn situation or the Hive since Berwyn is a whole can of worms and drama and the Hive was just unnecessary, whereas Taka is more a mess that gets responses ranging from annoyance to hate to even apathy. It'd be better if they refined or let someone who volunteered try their hand at something before cutting him. I will argue at the very least Taka being removed would be a continuation of removal policies and not the sign of things to come makes it a lesser blow in that regard. But I'm picking up what you're putting down.

The whole "your soul is special" is even more of a joke. They took away so much, we might as well change it to "your soul is... "special"..."

"You are special and the only one who can transform. Please ignore the characters in the line awaiting their mandatory futa expansion."

At this point the only thing special about the champion is that Kas has a shrine and fanclub dedicated to them. Mirror Stance is unique but highly debatable since it seems like something anyone can learn but just hasn't. Besides it's literally just turning watching and emulating a move into a stance mechanic.

I forgot what the trope is called, ignorant foreigner or some crap, but they are doing it...in someone else's country where they are they foreigner and invasive species! With that said, sp many other characters don't have even a fraction of content they got.

The kitsune have such weird writing it's like a mashup of attempted trope subversions. They're the outcast underdogs but they have iron age tech and weird tree magitech, they're thieves but it's okay cause their barterdom kink makes them superior, they're parasitic life forms that are killing the environment but that got retconned with the hints of it being the case left in. If they or Tobs had any self awareness it could have potential. Someone could ironically write a novella on what's wrong with the kitsune.

At this point I just interact with Hatsumomo because muscle mommy lumberjack gives literal and figurative wood, Kura because Egyptian woman as a kunoichi is an aesthetic I didn't know I needed, and Totally Not Kohaku because she sells stuff. Unfortunately actual Kohaku requires entering the tree.

Now this legitimately pisses me off, i actually praised this came for the class system alone and then even incorporating it into some scenes. There as another coc like game that came out before coc2 that had one in it and i loved it, but i think it died. But this was part of the reason i was so invested, to see how hour characters expanded on the classes we chose and not just generic, "The hero of X" or "Attack with weapon win fight".

Oh yeah that all got thrown out. The only class with any bearing is thief for the cunning since cunning is the primary and usually only stat check.

I MEAN TO BE FAIR I am bi and he is one of the very few notable male characters we got that can fuck and even marry. Husbando status or no, the scant few that want men here have to scrounge for crumbs and a puff of lint.
I even make my own personal joke even that the overabundance of women (regardless of sexual config) in these games (and really any porn games I get into that aren't DoL where I can configure genders) make me so desperate for more men and make my sexual preference in the former dry up so much you would think I was straight from how man-deprived I am. I need balance in my smut and that can't be achieved by removing the already small pool of guys as is. x'P

I can't fully imagine what it's like since I'm only into women and the occasional femboy but more variety in character gender would be welcome even if not everyone engages with it. BlueBird is rewriting Quins so when that's done you may have a new husbando to enjoy.

The smut is so poorly handled and a turn off that we've devolved into shitposting and writing literary critique about the porn game. Perhaps it is we who came too close to the sun.

Same as we've been for nearly half a decade at this point. We're stuck here forever, between futadoms and prostitutes, same as everyone else who dares set foot in this cursed hellhole. Nothing, he's useless and unless someone were allowed to try and make him less useless he'll remain like that, I just don't think even wasting time to take him out should be employed till they push the main plot forward

Besides that trimming stuff is a must and we still have a lot of typos and other stuff that always get pointed out and no one corrects, fixing their laziness shouldn't count as an update

I pretty much rush the Brienne transformation as quickly as possible before I bother focusing on anything else, then toss her back in the tavern and never really interact with her again unless some quest/location kinda requires it. Easiest way I could find to just never have to (even accidentally) deal with it. I have no idea why Arona doesn't bother me in the same way, I categorically do not like futa or cuck content.
