Earlier stages of the game when the devs are talking about "endings" back in me lurking in their forums trying to hold my sanity intact before inevitably getting banned for losing it.

And there's at least two more planned (Orlaith and Evelyn, both from Wsan).

Meanwhile, there's exactly one character you can give a dick ( phoenix chick) and no more planned that I'm aware of.

Not about to post the whole thing 'cause frankly no time for that, but having just skimmed through the intro to make sure i didn't remember wrong, i myself gotta say i'm not sure how the general white knight/damsel-in-distress undertones - and what those imply - could fly over anyone's head. I mean, generalizing for briefness sake here, pink cat blinks open her big blue eyes to the hero looking down at her, then hugs his ass 3 or 4 times before Kaz even shows up, and then finally goes full blushing maiden time at Garth's.

If that's not lovey dovey, it's pretty damn close.

But either way, not sure what genre has to do with characterization. And also not sure how child-groomer whore-cultist translates to 'slutty'

I'm going to play the Devil's Advocate and argue that the majority of players aren't predisposed to the idea of an Open Relationship. So a character like Cait would sound terrible for an actual romantic interest for many people. I mean would you date your character knowing full well that they are allowed multiple sexual/romantic partners and you can't.

It kind of begs the question, would Cait be more desirable if we as a society didn't lean heavily on monogamy as it did?

It’s hard for me to really care about monogamy in this situation where I not only sleep with dozens of people but also married and have kids with them. The only thing that would bother me would be not having certain special privileges such as pregnancy or marriage. I want to be the committed relationship while everyone else are just flings. Also none of that threesome shit where I’m more of an observer instead of dicking them both down.
