Yep, TOBS can't even do an April Fool's joke without posting a wall of text.

Seems like in this game there are so many folks who either throw themselves at you either like the first time they meet you, or spend any sort of time with you. Then there are others who for whatever reason are just the opposite -- off limits to the MC for whatever reason.

I wish they would make Liaden an option for female/lesbian folks. But that doesn't seem to be in the offing either. I think all you get is one scene as a 3-some with Azzy. And even then, isn't it just a one-off? At least I haven't gotten it again.

AFAIK the Azyrran work around was just her not telling you anything about her relationship with Liaden not stopping it altogether. It just effectively removes that content from the game for you but doesn't address the core issue that a person who is in love with you decides to start a new relationship with someone she barely knows without caring at all about your opinion on the matter and when asked if you can join she sides with the new person above you, says she has to fuck around for racial reasons, and says she'll hide her fucking other people from you but won't stop.

What I ment whas exactly when she thought about it and ask you for help you can now say, you will not help.
Then she says she will not try to start something with her, as before she only knew, that it is common to share skinship between sisters, but if you are not comfortable, she will refrain from doing so, as you are more important for her.

To avoid any confusion, I do no condone the way the dev are handling Etheryn pregnancy branch. At the time, it sounded that funding was not an issue: they just do not want to put any effort towards an actual sex-change branch.

So I've progressed the Calise questline to the end and it just says, this is as far as this quest progresses for now, with no mention of a part 2. The only other thing mentioned is a naval fleet being prepped and Wayfort bridge but there's nothing there. Is this a bug?

Yep so it does just come down to laziness and them thinking they know best when people tell them they don't again and again.

The thing is, the only way to make them pay attention to the voiced complaints is to hurt what matters the most, the pay check. Money keeps rolling in every month, it won't stop unless the paying subscribers decide they had enough, they will to put a stop to it. I am pretty confident in saying that will never happen.

They chased off the audience that did call them out on it a long time ago so probably not, hardly advertises this as an ideal product though

Apparently Sav thinks he'll be done with Ryn's questline by the end of May, so we'll finally have her cage off. But that doesn't include any post cage-removal scenes, which is kinda disappointing.

Also, KM probably won't be done this year, which makes me sad because I really want to see Wsan get back to his personal projects.

The Longer they take, the More money they can milk out of everyone. They found out from COC1 they only have to do 1/3 of the actual work ( Stuff they like themselves ) and let some poor bastards who are sick of their shit if they piss em off enough, to make COC2 MOD and finish everything that needs to be fix, which is everything. Oh look lets just do 1 piss ass story path, cause why do all the work, when they could do it for us, and we can totally take CREDIT for the coc2 mod afterward, not to mention we can milk all these twits we didn't chase off for calling us out on that bs. -_- such a disappointment. I am glad I get this game for free, and I feel sorry for the ones who post the paid versions of it for us, since they are so getting cheated. (technically not if they don't feel cheated) but eh....

I'd venture a guess and say 98% of the folks here, myself included, are sick and tired of the devs/writers nonsense and definitely aren't shy to inform you about anything and everything negative concerning the game, which is, quite frankly, the overwhelming majority of it.

Given that they also chase off (i.e: ban) any form of criticism, no matter how constructive, from that self-contained echo chamber they call "forum", the only posts you'll find about this game are going to be either negative (the realistic, not curated ones), or the overwhelmingly positive in that forum of theirs, because if you don't shower them with lavish praise and offer them your undying devotion over there, you'll just be banned like all the others who made the most heinous mistake of pointing out flaws in their game.

I've gone on at length about not liking Cait, Brienne, Kas's plotline, stuff about Gweyr etc and never been close to being banned. There's a whole thread about criticisms of the game that's one of the most popular threads on there.

Whereas here, I post, literally, a timeline update that has no positive or negative connotations whatsoever and get random unrelated word vomit about how much the devs suck almost immediately.

Heck, it's hard to talk about what I don't like about the game here because people exaggerate and blow everything about this game out of proportion.

Technically, if you go to the apearance screen there is a small bit of text describing you character's belly, if it indicates pudge, or swelling it usually means pregnancy, after that head to the inn and get examined at the nursery.

The difference being we have neither the power nor the authority to ban or censure you for your differing opinion, evidenced by you still being here despite frequently playing devil’s advocate. The appeal of this thread is that people can vent their frustrations with the game and devs without having to care about being nice or polite about it like on that Gripes thread on Fenoxo. Do you think we would get away with the insults we throw at Tobs and Savin here on that forum? Of course not. You’re free to take a more measured response to the game here but others are free to shit talk it as well.

Usually when you're pregnant the description of your belly is in it's own separate paragraph from you character's description. And yeah, when it keeps changing from like it being fit, to being a muffin-top, that's a pretty clear indicator you're pregnant as well.

I don't know how often you go to the forums, but there is plenty of hostility over there, both from devs and fanboys. Also, if you actually look through the "Your Gripes with CoC II" thread, you'll notice that the devs don't actually interact much there. I doubt they actually even look at it much. Literally on the first page of the "What content would you like added to the game" thread, Savin tells someone not to be a "douchebag." I get that sometimes you have to turn people down, or tell people that some stuff is never going to be added to the game, but it's possible to do it in a respectful and professional way.

And as far as this thread being an echo-chamber, I can see it to some extent. But you also have to consider, that most of the posts here that are virulently shitting on the game are from the same few people. I see a lot of posts from people new to the thread talking about how they like the game, or asking for help. It's just people that feel so negatively about the game are more likely to come back and complain about it.
