it would be nice if there was an option to spend time with your kids at the nursery.
No you don't get a quest-line update, you just talk to her again and she'll ask if you wanta go on an adventure with her, just likeSo I've progressed the Calise questline to the end and it just says, this is as far as this quest progresses for now, with no mention of a part 2. The only other thing mentioned is a naval fleet being prepped and Wayfort bridge but there's nothing there. Is this a bug?
If you're talking about for NPC they'll usually tell you they're pregnant,as for your character if you've banged someone who can impregnate you and you're not already pregnant or taking brown leaf, then within 12-14 days after you'll mention feeling ill and/or stomach feeling weird you'll usually be pregnantIs there any way to check for pregnancy like in TiTS?
You can have wholesome furries, though it's rare, since most people who are part of that cancerous community are... well, it would take too long, and too much of an effort that I am willing to sacrifice to describe them. Just go on one of their sites and see for yourself.that would make Etheryn wholesome, they don't do wholesome in this game.
Every female you meet is either a turboslut, furry or they have a dick.

Oh, Here's another one of us.Making me miss TiTS with all this shit. These guys are so boring in the way they think.
I find Skandranon's posts a nice contrast and even if they are in the minority I hope they don't feel unwelcome in sharing their opinion. I do think they have a point about the negative aspects of the game being exaggerated too. However I mostly agree with Traviss and would like to throw in a couple of observations and people are free to correct me if I am wrong.I don't know how often you go to the forums, but there is plenty of hostility over there, both from devs and fanboys. Also, if you actually look through the "Your Gripes with CoC II" thread, you'll notice that the devs don't actually interact much there. I doubt they actually even look at it much. Literally on the first page of the "What content would you like added to the game" thread, Savin tells someone not to be a "douchebag." I get that sometimes you have to turn people down, or tell people that some stuff is never going to be added to the game, but it's possible to do it in a respectful and professional way.
And as far as this thread being an echo-chamber, I can see it to some extent. But you also have to consider, that most of the posts here that are virulently shitting on the game are from the same few people. I see a lot of posts from people new to the thread talking about how they like the game, or asking for help. It's just people that feel so negatively about the game are more likely to come back and complain about it.
I believe their standing excuse for the lackluster updates recently is that TiTS had to borrow most of their coders to help with the Java port. Which, yeah sure, is a decent enough excuse, but doesn't at all explain why they haven't hired more with the massive amount of income they bring in each month. Or why they only release a single update a week.Yet Savin and his team can't even have regular weekly updates or any sort of proper schedule and just do whatever they feel like each month.
CoC 2 is not a bad game its a dissappointing one and that is worse as people would just write off a bad game and move on. Some who have gripes who write here are a mixture of people that once supported the game or were booted off the forums for valid criticism. I know that art isn't cheap and I think Moira earns her money as its one of the reasons I stick around but it does make you wonder what is Savin actually doing with the huge amount of money he makes every month. As a team not individuals they are disorganised, unprofessional, rude and outright arrogant and if they handled this with care and regular updates I reckon they could have had easily 50k a month by now and no one would complain they make that much.
Starting to think they should swap some of the CoC 2 writers for coders instead as they have the money to do so. Less than 1 update a week is pathetic with their budget.
Is it cheating if your character is already banging and probably also impregnated the same high priestess?
Seems like a weird double standard.
Late reply, but this point isn't a good one. You can willingly play as a monogamous (my main save), or even celibate character, and still get exposed to things like the Ryn heir, Brint manwhoring, and Azzy/Liaden. The game is also designed so that the player has to sleep around to see the content, so effectively punishing them for it is nasty. NPCs also aren't real people whereas the player is.The idea that anyone plays this game with the intention of monogamy just doesn't track.
Only in you.Is it possible to lay eggs in people like in the first game?
Furry? As in the character is bestial(that would make Etheryn wholesome, they don't do wholesome in this game.

Ryn cute, there appeal done. Frankly couldn't care less about who does or does not have the babies, the world is inherently polyamorous because to be otherwise would be a nightmare for user experience with this many characters (or just end up with a weird senario where lots of characters who desire monogamy are fine with you banging everything under the sun). It's making a mountain out of a molehill especially for content that has yet to be implemented.this Ryn stuff is making me want to drop this game, it just shows how little they care and how little they understand about the appeal of their own god damn characters....very disappointing
Presumably because they don't know how long porting TITS will take so hiring someone as a temp would be awkward.I believe their standing excuse for the lackluster updates recently is that TiTS had to borrow most of their coders to help with the Java port. Does the game even keep track of unique partners? If they started the game with that in mind then sure it's not much effort, this far down the line that's a lot of NPC's and loss scenes to tag for a small audience.Late reply, but this point isn't a good one. You can argue they shouldn't account for monogamous PCs because they're niche, but that just amounts to hilarious laziness. To account for it you just need to parse for player partners above 1, 0 if celibate. I don't care about a "years later nebulous pay-off" much, but it's still stupid to write content that clearly goes against what the audience for that character wants. Fixing the heir drama for male PCs in a decent way would obviously take some work, but when it comes down to it, not bothering with an agreeable solution again amounts to unwarranted laziness.
The game does track every sexual interaction you can have with each NPC. You can see all the flags in the save editor.Does the game even keep track of unique partners? While you might not care, plenty of people do. It would only be a nightmare for the PC to stay monogamous, not NPCs. And I think that train has already left the station. There are already a lot of characters who only actively seek out sex with you but don’t mind if you fuck others as well. Ryn was one of them so the expectation was that she would stay so. Pregnancy is a big step in the progress of the relationships with the NPCs so telling us we have no chance to participate unless we get a vagina is frustrating. Implemented or not, it’s been stated as the intention so there is merit for people to be upset about it.Ryn cute, there appeal done. Except Ryn has scenes with other characters too and has done for a long time. While you might not care, plenty of people do. It would only be a nightmare for the PC to stay monogamous, not NPCs. Aren’t they all optional? The one with Hashat wasn’t, but they changed that recently, iirc.Except Ryn has scenes with other characters too and has done for a long time.
