Harder doesn't mean impossible. People still mod it, it's just a bit of a headache because Savin is a little bitch.

Not quite, but the system is a bit of a pain to work with.

That said, people have been working on it and did manage to get things to work. Reckon things will improve once the game is finished as people won't have to play catch.

I'm pretty sure their bad ends are only during the Knot cave quest. Losing to them in the overworld results in being captured for a few days and getting corruption until Sanders saves you.

They fucked over mods and themselves with the code only for modding to come about anyway and for them to abandon some concepts because of parser soup. It'll always be a pain in the ass but over time it will hopefully get easier, more accessible, and at this point inevitable. I don't get the hate boner he has for modding honestly. Some games are popular because of modding or the modding enhanced their popularity. Granted using mainstream games as a reference isn't as applicable to porn games but the point still stands I think.

I've noticed that whenever a user got negative over there recently, there's hardly any attempt to defend the game or devs anymore. There's still a couple who seem die hard Savco fans, but nowhere near as many as there once was. I think the only thing that had defenders was the Hive Quest gutting but only from the angle of Liaden and not the cutting of content. Extremely little attempt to defend that part.

Wonder if Kinu will get cut since her plot thread has been hanging on for years or if she's "feature complete" and will just be resolved by Tobs making a spin-off attempt? There's been no news on that mess from Tobs and the recent kitsune content came from community writers after all.

Nah, it's staying. The hive got the boot because it apparently didn't get any takers. Kinu and her ilk are just... done, finished. No reason to remove something that's "feature complete" and all.

Even if it ain't, Tobs has enough of a good relationship with Savin to just get more time if needed.

There's a lot of factors that you can go with this sort of topic, I think.

Like if you take the mental aspect under account, you'd also have to account Brienne (who was literally turned from man to woman without any awareness over it) and she's unironically one of the crowd faves.

There's also the subjugation aspect, like Izma on the modded CoC. Not every player is equal, but what if the player would find it more appealing to not have her penis hanging around? Could he not realistically convince a subjugated character to do as he pleases?

Yeah, it's a corrupt thing, but the player's relationship with her is already under morally corrupt terms. One party dominates the other either way, no? Should be fair play? I find it particularly hard to justify the player being an ultra beacon of morality when everyone else in the game starts as a -10.

Plus, more importantly, the game's setting as far as the previous game was concerned, made that sort of thing easier than it would've been if we were working with realistic rules.

Also, isn't she all sorts of bad? Like slavery and rape bad? Vague memory of that.

I'd also be less opposed to keeping her as is if it wasn't for the "behind the scenes" bit. Not a fan of using real life circumstances just to keep another of Savin's futa fetish material around.

I get what you're saying. It personally just rubs me the wrong way because I like her. It's not about what's wrong or right. I'm just very bias and will not change my views that Arona is the 2nd best girl of the game. Orc clans in general do the slave shit and rape is far too common in the world to be pointed at since if you lose someone will rape you. The point coc2 tried to make about orcs is that they are kinda shit at anything that isn't raiding and fighting so selling/using slaves is basically what keeps them alive. Which is pretty silly. That's world culture at that point. I want to be about to match the cruelty and fuckery of what someone else could/would do to me. So feminizing Nanako/slaughter the kitsune is justified to me, not morally but it feels right to make them taste their own medicine. I'm not trying to make it any bigger of a stink as I had. Other players should have the choice to do whatever the fuck they want.

I do kinda like the scenes you spend with Freja(dragon daughter) and wish we had a few more scenes or children with personalities. Don't get me wrong I like the cute hell-hound pups and snakes, but I wish there was more wholesome family time. But the quest coming to an end would require Kinu to have some closure moment with Champ. And that would risk destroying Tobs' fantasy of a dysfunctional family. Horrible, I know.
