I hate the Dawnsword quest. The whole thing feels like it exists to glaze Liaden and make her more popular and cash in on the Sanders is Obi-Wan joke. The game really wants you to give Liaden the sword too like why is she even involved?

Also shout out to the corrupt Dawnsword being removed if you go near Lumia with it because she purifies it because God literally forbid corruption content exists. And While I'm bitching about it, how in the hell is an eldritch horror that's pretending to be holy have the ability to purify anything? It seems counter to their true nature unless you say she's eating the corruption but that feels flimsy. Dawnsword isn't even that good mechanically because magic lightsabers are a power fantasy unless you're a certain paladin.

any of them good? Do they enhance the playstyle of your Warrior/Charmer/Black Mage/etc?

Oh man speaking of the Dawnsword quest, ya'll remember how for some reason they just had Azzy gushing to hell and back about how amazing Lia is and everything and apparently there's absolutely no fucking mention on you at all as her partner either? She was just entirely fixated on this one chick she met, almost obsessively so I heard. Or if there was it's treated as a "Oh yeah and you're here too!" *She says as she secretly rolls her eyes internally at you, the player, wanting to be acknowledged as someone in her life she is literally following around *.

It was said earlier when I explained the elves that they were the most NTR'y thing in the game, but I think Lia/Azzy took the case as the original instance of you getting Netorared and bc she was a companion who you were forced to have that happen to you or else you're treated as a monster for not "letting" the hornet women have "her twuueee love", to the point backlash was so big apparently that damn scene had to be rewritten. Infact it felt as if her polyamory talk was phoned in, bc even my monogamous hopeless romantic ass felt like that wasn't polyam stuff. Like I'd get it if it felt more natural and ya know, queens and drones and all that hubub and how that work, but it was just shoehorned to explain why Azzy was suddenly into this chick so much more than you. And even in the case of metamours (Metamours being you're dating someone and they're also dating someone else alongside you, but you're not dating the other person your S/O is. Or in laymen's terms, the relationship dynamic is a "V"), the thing with that is metamours are at least friends for the most part I think? but Liaden would literally rather you not be involved at all when you walk in on them, she's treated as the unwilling part in this and would rather you not be there at all when she barreled into you and Azzy to begin with. Idk how it's treated when you're getting with Lia too but I can't be bothered to check any info for that.

It's so fucking weird too to write a character being your companion and willing to have sex with you and even have more intimate instances (Doesn't she have a literal cuddlefuck scene or something??), only to switch it around and suddenly be like "Oh they were never all that into you to begin with, despite you being around apparently making them happy and them enjoying their time with you, they just tolerate you and truly love this rando all of a sudden." Again, it's the Rindo situation, but made more offensive bc it's a companion that time around and not written by Tobs. Fixing it so that Lia was around from the start is a very too little too late thing, and even then I doubt the actual relationship itself was fixed to actually be made more equal.

New update dropped. Femboy bluebird. Not written by Bluebird ironically. Pretty soon since we just had an update, albeit barely one that was also one character but this bird one might have a portrait. Savin still trying to make Kervus happen by tying them to the new bird as unlockable content to I assume gangbang the femboy cause that's definitely what people wanted. Yes this will surely generate discussion. Hope he's good but I'm not redownloading the game for two small character updates and the threat of more NTR.

Wonder how long until Savin decides to make the Kervus stomp proof to protect his OCs and remove player choice on the grounds it's a dead end.

Years ago on the fenforum I mentioned wishing we could tell the Orcs to fuck off or get fucked up as a quest resolution after beating their boss and as a response Savin said that'd end badly for us. Big problem with his logic on that though, we can beat the everloving fuck out of a large group of the tribe before the quest climax and we can beat the hill troll. If we are truly incapable of actually stopping Kervus meaningfully then Benny shouldn't be beatable since he solos the whole tribe. By being able to beat him, we outscale the Orcs present. Yet more evidence Savin has no idea how his own world's power scaling works and how his anti-power fantasy shit makes no sense narratively. But nope horde fight=power fantasy can't have that but we can somehow beat the thing that can live out said fantasy? Savin needs his own editor or project lead cause he's dumb as hell. Seeing the orcs get brought up reminded me of that old complaint cause my brain makes no sense. God I've become a powerscaler someone help me.

I'm surprised they even allowed a harpy to be a male ala femboy at all given they are so insistent about pure-female races staying that way otherwise with no means of changing that. Not even TiTS lets that happen with its many female-only races and that is the game where it's in hindsight a whole lot more likely given it's full of bodymods that make its setting and so codex doesn't mean its set per individual.

That's a hard one. Personally I like the manticores and want more, but given they're futa I'm probably in the minority of that. They were sleeping on the bimbo honey before, but more so now that it's no longer allowed to persist. It's hard to point to anything specific. There's the skeleton of stuff that needs to be expanded on but that encompasses a lot of things and there's nothing gameplay wise that could even be mistaken for fool's gold. The Spiral Blade? It really should be able to be manually switched to different elements through a menu out of battle or kept on it's random cycle method by choice. That change would make it go from situational or requiring spamming wait to being hella useful. Not sure if it's what your looking for since it's from TiTS but the weapon crafting from it ported to CoC2 could be baller you know. Especially if they remove any shitty bronze requirement. Let me make superior steel or fake magic metal weapons.

He's written by Skow. You just know those "special interactions" are Champ walking in on the harpy boy fucking different NPCs into orgasmic coma.

Also, remember that in Alante's intro scene she oneshots a hill troll, so she should be able to solo the entire Kervus tribe with no problems. And Champ can beat her in a 1v1 arena fight.

Out of the male characters, people here only really talk about feminizing Nakano because of their hate boner for TOBS. All other instances of males getting turned into females were not called/requested by people, and instead came from the devs' initiative.
And also you're forgetting that there's tons more instances of girls getting a dick attached to them, which essentially turns them into men because they stop using their female bits altogether after growing a dick, as opposed to males getting their dick taken away.

In other news, how do we feel about this mid-ass update? I gotta say, I was so bored. Gardeford wrote a 10ft ft phat assed fit centauress with mare tit and I was bored, legit fell asleep trying to read. Mind you this is up my alley asf. Wtf are we doing? Like crack on bro, where's the main story these ocs are getting lamer and lamer. The Leo girls are inoffensive but not worth remembering much, it got a cuck scene so rage at that to your hearts content. I could give less than fuck.

I find the side character pool to be so bloated that everything just gets lost in a muddy soup. There's often either an NPC not worth giving any attention to, one where there's a big aspect holding them back from being great, or one where it's exactly to my taste, yet there's barely any content for them and they're quickly left to the sidelines for the new flavor of the month. It's what happens with poor management and when the lead has no scope in mind or a severe lack of self-control.
Or, the more likely reason, it's just a way to delay the end and keep the Patreon going.

Off topic, but why are alot of gay/yaoi games so damn crap. Crap as in a majority of them forcing you into the bottom role, like it's so filled with bottom mcs that I don't even bother to look at them anymore. The only one I actually enjoyed was Lust Odyssey, which lets you choose what role you want when it comes to sex and interactions.

Yes coc 2 slop is so boring now I would rather talk about the lack of dominant/top mcs in gay games.

That would be because most yaoi content is written/created by women and for women, not by men or for men. As one might expect, women are typically in the submissive role, so they often imagine themselves being in the shoes of the gay bottom in such a scenario.

I would recommend Hadaka Shitsuji (created by a man, for men), where you're the meanest gay top bullying and abusing a bunch of butlers under your command, but it might be too extreme for you. Fun fact: The head butler is voiced by Inoue Kazuhiko, AKA Kakashi from Naruto.
