Question: do you have to fuck the imp Girl (Merydix I think?) in order for her to appear in the old forest? I sided with the mage during knot quest (cuz I don't care about the brat wolf girl and I wanted to have the harem of wolf babes and the burly huge wolf milf) so I never fought/never fucked the imp Girl during that quest.
But I been searching forever and she doesn't appear, do I need to have fucked her during the knot cave for her to appear afterwards?

Dude majority of the content is tailor-made for sub-type characters. From the classes to the erotic content. Hell, even the creators want the players to be more sub oriented then dom oriented.
Given that community writers have straight up come here and admitted how much of a hell the parser system is along with how to format submission documents are? Along with the fact that Oreo I think it was has come out to say that they had to cut scenes and stuff out bc Savin didn't wanna fucking review a sex scene that is "too long" (if I had to guess, it had variants to work with that artificially extended it, like any submission actually giving a damn would have)?
I can believe the team themselves just stopped bothering with variants too because they realized just how shitty the system is but are too prideful to admit it themselves, and they're just phoning it in at this point bc they just wanna get shit out and run just to look productive. So they just go halfway and halfassed instead and just expects people to not notice these things. But in a game like this you do notice eventually. Which is very bad in a TF-centric game where people are actively wanting to see how their transformations and chimeric champs
Which is a shame bc CoC1 was riddled with variants out the wazoo, as much as people there try to talk like the game was garbage by comparison. You will never have another Sheila or whatever who has so many variants to her shit just by looking at the code. It's all very basic now and goes from "text based game" to flat out Kinetic Novel.

Given all the complaints over the years about the parser system I have to wonder what glitches and errors are caused by Savin's anti modding efforts, and what's caused by the code becoming biblically accurate.
Cait is like Ben 10 but instead of a space watch she just collects ejaculate to transform.
Also she apparently has a corruption bad end that was left as a surprise.
If Savin spent half as much time being an actual fucking team lead or working on his writing as he does mod proofing or being a little shit on fan platforms, the game would probably have been less divisive.
But it all comes back to the same thing. Why would he ever seek to improve with all the money made across patreon and subscribe star?
However with all the doom and gloom around modding atm I do wish to add some optimism. No matter how hard Savin may try, there is no way he can stop modding without making the code uneditable or borked to hellblivion. And such extreme measures would likely slow or halt update production. Furthermore even if the final update(s) do go scorched earth, there will always be prior releases to simply go back to and just make or port over the final content onto. And there will inevitably be someone with the patience and knowledge to look through releases and, if not reverse engineer the source code, figure out how to undo some of the anti mode code that may be ingame. All Savin has meaningfully accomplished is to delay the inevitable and to Streisand effect mods into existence with his petulant behavior.
Nothing accounts for if your character is a femboy to my knowledge, but they can still be made a femboy easily. As for sub, most scenes are written the perspective of the player being submissive.

Yeah same, I genderbent the wolves and she is not appearing. I managed to turn her encounters on with flags but I dunno which one is the essential one to trigger this.
But to answer ur question someone on forum said:
"she appears in the forest if you attack tharsus during the quest then either fuck meridyx or leave
the only req is not to parley with her master but that is the most i’ve tested"
